Terrible customer service!!!!

The day we were supposed to move in there was a power outage, which meant we couldn't access our unit and our removalist bill ended up being way more expensive than anticipated as he had to unload everything he had loaded and return the next day to try again (and guess what, the power was out again and he had to use the stair to access our unit).

I tried calling them multiple times to see what they could to to help us and the customer service was just appalling. They were extremely unhelpful and arrogant on the phone. The customer is definitively not valued at Storage King.

I am just waiting on the fixed term of my contract to end so I can take my stuff out of there.

Completely DO NOT recommend their services. TERRIBLE experience.

Staff and facilities Storage King in Southport 10/10, so friendly, professional and always so helpful and attentive.

Very helpful staff and the facilities is very tidy and well signed for safety. I use this storage King Southport a lot and access is easy plus all the equipment you need is on standby for your use. Very happy 👍🏼

Storage King girls could not have been more helpful, they were wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Needed more Info. Came on a sunday never having been to a storage place before had no idea what to do until another customer came and explained. Everything was closed and didn't realise we had to open a "garage" door to get in. Also numbers could be better displayed as we spent a lot of time going the wrong way. Was problems were solved we were ok

When I arrived to the site (under my emergency moving logistics)..The office was shut. Understandable. Yet the transfer lift at my unit end was
un-operational. The after hours number rang out with no one manning the phones or a suggestive solution of getting my storage to the 2nd level...luckily another renter vacating the premises shared using the far away lift at the opposite direction of us , that you can walk alllllll.. the way to this end, under which we stood. So as to say.. this was a stressful entry to initially using your company.

From the start, my experience has been amazing.

Fiona, Leah and Allison have been really helpful and patient. Our possessions from abroad were held up and they reassured us that they would find a shed for us, which they did. The facility is very clean and easy to access.
We are extremely happy with the service we are receiving.

Very helpful professional staff that assisted greatly with my storage needs can highly recommend the Southport facility
