Great facility and professional, friendly, helpful management and staff. Since the moment we looked for information about the Storage King Tweed Heads until we left the facility, it was truly a good experience. It's clean, easy accessible, there are lifts where necessary and industrial trolleys to use. Staff are very responsive and informative - we got recommendation of the local moving companies while moving items and we had no problem with the refund when we left half way through the month. Hghly recommended to everyone looking for a place to store their items.

The manager was extremely flexible with my booking, he was helpful and very understanding.

Storage available at very short notice and staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

I have only just started using one of two storage units with a small amt of storage for the last month at Storage King at Tweed Heads.
I have hired these units with plans of moving my home contents into the remainder of my hired storage area available, whilst my home is undergoing renovation by Suncorp Insurance.
The staff in the reception area are so friendly, and kind, and have no hesitation in offering verbal advice and support, which is gratefully received, as I am single senior citizen.
I would have no hesitation in referring this business to others.

Jeremy, the manager at Tweed Storage King was great! He was so helpful when I rang him at very short notice to organise a storage space. I needed a big area with semi trailer access & he sorted things very quickly for me.

Facilities are very clean which is important when storing your goods.
Rob and Adam were most helpful explaining the procedure and I found the pricing very competitive.
