You waited to ship the drives
You waited to ship the drives. You waited until Monday morning to confirm purchase that delayed receiving the drives by 2 days. The drives were for a RAID 6 that had 2 failed drives. Used another vendors drives.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. Your Order was placed on Friday (05 Sep 2025) 8:57:20 PM EST. But our Shipping Cut-Off time is 4:00 PM EST and also we can not ship on Saturday & Sunday, because FedEx do not pickup on weekend. That is why we had to process your Order on Monday.

Had issue first with payment I am international and the CC transaction showed as going through even charge to card but was not. Then later only in email told need to use paypal but should be part of checkout as the country was selected before checkout.

How to ship lithium batteries.
I understand the issues of Lithium batteries. There has to be a way around air delivery. Packaged batteries cant be shipped but when we install them in appliances, they can fly like the rest of us.
I still have not received my refund for the air shipping. I am very disappointed I paid for 2 day and got the product 5 days later.
