I used storage vault when moving house. Very easy company to use. I needed to store items longer than expected and needed an extension on my unit which was facilitated easily by Stefini

Deborah and Jordan couldn’t have been anymore helpful when arranging storage. They both go above and beyond to help and explain everything you need to know.

Excellent service from Jordan and Deborah. Very helpful and professional. Explained everything clearly. Can highly recommend.

We arrived late on Saturday , around 15.40 to find that the office closed at 16.00 , we quickly gave details and payments then were showed our vault and explained the process .
Deborah went above and beyond even staying late to help us out ,so can absolutly recommend the service provided

I want to commend Storage Vault in Paisley for the excellent service that I have received from them. From the moment that I entered their office, I was cheerfully greeted by Deborah and Jordan. They showed me what space was available and explained their procedures.
I am impressed with their very friendly and professional service. I had visited other storage facilities in order to make an informed decision and decided to use their services. Both Deborah and Jordan understood my anxiety and offered assurances. Their processes are streamlined and the forms were electronic and very easy to complete.

Originally enquired about storage space at Motherwell and within a few weeks I got a call back to say a unit was available. Originally spoke to Miriam on my first visit and then dealt with Stefini when I went back and she sorted all the paperwork and arrangements. I found both members of staff to be welcoming, friendly, efficient and professional and they were also happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Its nice to be greeted with a smile when you first walk into the reception area.

I’ve got this storage longterm so if any issues pop up then I’m more than comfortable to deal with both of the girls.

Beware of their pricing mechanism - notified with 7 days notice of a 15% price increase

Unacceptable to increase a price with such little notice, particularly given the notice period in the contract to terminate is longer

Have been a loyal customer for seven months, and been understanding when they've made mistakes

One such mistake was locking me out of my own unit for a week or so. They were supposed to lock another unit, but clearly unable to follow their own internal instructions

Poor service, Big Yellow or SafeStore are far better.

I just want to say a big thank you to Deborah and Jordan for their help and professionalism.You have made a stressful time a lot easier and I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

A well maintained storage centre with a really helpful and friendly team. I have no problem in recommending this supplier.

I needed 1 unit or possibly 2 so they gave me 1 unit and provisionally reserved the adjacent one until I was sure what was required, as it turned out I did need both units as I was moving my mother from Northern Ireland to Scotland. Nyree was extremely helpful and communication was excellent throughout. Both units were brand new and wood lined.

Very easy to work with, and the facility that I use in Victoria is extremely well-run and clean.

The staff there were exceptional getting me set up with a new unit, and when I wanted to change they were very helpful as well!

I required a few temporary storage units for a house and business move. MIriem & Stefini At the Motherwell branch were fantastic understood my logistics I was facing and helped with the right storage solutions. The units were very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and would use again

The guys I spoke to helped me out and I was able to get a unit the same day at a great rate.

Love how secure the units are that you have to enter your unique code to enter the car park, the location of where the unit is as well.

Can't ask for much more.

After been let down last minute by Kangaroo storage.

Absoulte fantastic staff so quick and efficent made me feel so at ease.

I have reccomended to all my friends and family.

Already got them a booking for next year.

This is the first time I've used a storage company and I have to say, I've been very impressed with Storage Vault. very clean, dry and bright. I took the discounted 2 months on a 75 square foot unit as I was moving home and will most definitely use the services again as my new home didn't have a shed so this allowed me time to built a shed and let me come and go as I pleased. Miriam has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Storage Vault.

This is the second time that I have used the Storage Vault, Coatbridge and when I enquired how much a unit would be Miriam got in touch. I told her when I wanted the unit and hopefully would only need it for a month. Unfortunately I had to postpone when I needed the unit for and Miriam said to let them know when I would need it and they would hopefully be of help which they were. Cara was very helpful whenever I went into the office.
