My mother brought underwear from this company they were ripped at the seams before wearing them tried contacting customer support 3 emails so far with the responding they received my email and will be in contact in 24-48 hours that was 2 weeks ago

My mother ordered pants. They did not fit. I tried to return them. Was told they had a no return policy. I asked to see it or get a copy, they have not provided. Stay away from this company. If I could give a 0, I would. Going through credit card company now.
