I ordered a Global Aircraft and after a couple of uses the screw connecting the propeller broke. The website said the company would offer a full refund within 90 days of purchase. I requested a full refund and was told I could only get a 75% refund. The product is cheaply made and defective and the Company won’t follow through on their refund policy. Don’t waste your money on the Global Aircraft and raft.

they told me item was at delivery status and it was not. tracking numbers are worthless. took my money, no product,

I ordered a "Globe Aircraft" (flying orb toy) from them and two things happened. 1) they added a "bonus gift" but charged me a separate $9.99 for it without me authorizing it and 2) the USPS seized the package because the company apparently used counterfeit postage- the USPS stated I would not get my package and to contact my credit card company.
