I would highly recommend this company, the mobility scooter we ordered was delivered within 2 days and the delivery guy Derek gave us a demonstration on how everything worked he was brilliant 👏

Ordering was easy. The mobility scooter was of exceptional quality, the price was very competitive.
The sales representative Jessica was extremely helpful and delivery was made quickly and we were notified at every stage from ordering to actual delivery.

Very professional company with polite, helpfull staff. A pleasant initial phone call with Nathan, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the electric chair and accessories I wanted and was so accommodating with delivery dates I wanted which made for a happy buying experience. There was a follow up call the next day to confirm delivery date and check that the time slot was suitable. Also a call on the day of delivery from Laurance. The chair arrived fully assembled and ready to use, so no packaging for me to get rid of. I was offered a demonstration on using and folding the chair. From start to finish the whole buying experience was so pleasant and simple. Very pleased with the powerchair purchased.

I've recently had my new mobility scooter delivered by a lovely lady Sarah who explained things well. I give easy mobility 5 stars because there always helpful and soon solve any problems I have had previously.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything mobility related.

Janet was superb. She had excellent knowledge and used this to help us to get the best products. Her customer service was outstanding, especially with there being several customers in the store at the same time. We were all made to feel welcome and were attended to in a timely fashion. Janet really made our visit and day a success. Thank you.

The phone was answered promptly and the lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. Problem sorted very quickly.

You won’t beat this place the guys are very helpfully and friendly will do there best to help with any problems you have.meet mark for the 1st time he’s a nice guy I was there over 2 hours to fix my problem..would recommend to everyone..

The driver who brought my new scooter out to me at 39 oakdene rd ws74sa today 11.8.25 was very professional, he explaind all about how everything worked really well, all the controls & levers I will be using, so I thank him very much

Andy was really good, he showed us the best way to take the scooter apart and where to hold it, he didn't rush us and took time to answer all our questions. Thank you Andy, I will be scooting in no time 🙃

My mother-law Doreen wants to say how fantastic Lawrence and Steve (Cannock store) were when they delivered her new recliner chair recently. They were very polite, helpful and efficient and patient showing her how it all worked. Both fantastic. The staff at the shop were great as well in helping her decide on what chair would be best suited to her. Can highly recommend.

She was very helpful and efficient and we got the scooter a new battery charger.

Lawrence and Steve delivered our chair today, bang on time ,very very polite and very helpful and had the chair asembled in no time at all ,cleared all packages away and went through all the controls with us ,5 star service from these 2 lads today Thank you very much

I was very impressed with the help and guidance I received at the Northfield branch. The staff who came out to my house were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only issue was being given time of between 9-1.00 for the staff who were due to come out. The first time I requested to have a call before they turned up but this didn’t happen. The second time for delivery of my scooter I didn’t bother requesting a call. Unfortunately I had to ring the main office as by 12.30 no one had turned up. Andy who turned up was great and explained how my scooter worked. All the dos and don’ts and safety warnings.
