Also die bisher abgegebenen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen bzw. nicht bestätigen. Ich habe ein Trikot am 07.03. (Samstag) bestellt und es kam heute (13.03.) an, also 6 Tage später (wenn ich das Wochenende weg rechne, sind es 5 Werktage). Das ist aufgrund des langen Transportweges sehr schnell. Da brauchen Lieferungen aus dem eigenen Land oft länger. Auch über die Qualität des Trikots kann ich nichts Negatives sagen. Top verarbeitet, gute Qualität. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und positiv überrascht nach den hier abgegebenen negativen Bewertungen!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the FC Barcelona Official Store.

I ordered a retro shirt for €60 plus €10 shipping. According to the size chart I would have almost needed an XL, but since I usually wear L and the item was labeled as oversized, I intentionally ordered size L (already smaller than the chart suggested). Unfortunately, when it arrived it was still far too large.

I contacted customer service and was told that I would need to return the item and order a smaller size. So I ordered the shirt again in size M, paying another €60 plus €10 shipping. Unfortunately, the M was also too large.

I then returned both shirts. Because of the way the return system works, I had to send them in two separate packages. In total I paid €140 and now have no shirt at all. Out of that, €40 were purely shipping costs (two deliveries and two returns), which are apparently non-refundable.

Ironically, if I had simply ordered multiple sizes at once to exceed the free shipping threshold, kept the one that fits and returned the rest together, I would have paid far less in shipping. Instead, I tried to order responsibly by using the size guide and adjusting for the oversized fit. The system basically encourages customers to order multiple sizes and return most of them, which is neither customer-friendly nor sustainable.

To make matters worse, both of my return packages have already arrived according to the GLS tracking, yet I have still not received any refund and have not received any further response from customer support.

As a long-time fan of FC Barcelona, this is extremely disappointing. Paying €40 in shipping for nothing and then waiting for a refund after the returns have already arrived is simply not the experience you expect from a club of this size. I hope the club reconsiders its return and customer service policies in the future.

Barcelona didn't have L.dowski on when playing athletico Madrid and they where at home and they lost and decided to bring him on 70 plus minute and this time Barcelona play away not a home which is a bigger danger but the manger doesn't learn and doesn't put L.dowski on again second danger and red flag but thirdly raphina not even there don't mind the pitch 5 reasons stated in all this text why it was a fix and red flag obviously Barcelona was going to lose what a bunch of idiots.

Compre 2 camisetas en navidades, y las devolví el 30 de diciembre pasado, Estamos a 10 de Febrero, 40 dias despues, y todavia no me han hecho la devolución. Hablo con ellos les envie el resguardo y me dicen que es problema de su agencia GLS, que escalan el problema y ya me diran algo. Pues 40 dias después sigo sin saber nada y el problema ya debe estar en la cima del Everest de las veces que lo han escalado. Es desesperante, es el tipico bucle con los operadores. Tened cuidado, que si todo va bien perfecto pero a la que hay un problema estas vendido.

Après un lavage effectué strictement selon les instructions indiquées sur l’étiquette (basse température, à l’envers, sans sèche-linge), le maillot est ressorti avec un trou dans le tissu et un flocage officiel endommagé.
J’ai contacté le service client avec photos à l’appui. La réponse a été que le problème provenait du lavage et non d’un défaut de qualité, et que le dossier était clôturé sans échange, remboursement ni même geste commercial.
Pour un maillot officiel vendu à ce prix, j’attendais une meilleure durabilité et un meilleur service client.
Expérience très décevante.

Acabo de recibir la compra de dos camisetas de entrenamiento, casi 100 pavos en dos putas camisetas y me parece de muy pero muy mal gusto haberlas recibido en una preparación TAN CUTRE, sentí que recibí algo de ALIEXPRESS... Deben cuidar los detalles más por productos originales tan caros, mínimo algún paquetito chulo de papel con el logo, que se yo, algo que demuestre que es una marca de elite no una basura de los chinos... Muy pero muy mal

J’ai passé une grosse commande pour début décembre. Première livraison ils se sont trompé dans un article ils m’ont mis un short au lieu d’un pull… je demande de renvoyer l’article et qu’ils me renvoie eux le pull que j’avais commandé initialement. J’ai pu renvoyer le short sans problème par contre le pull j’ai dû recommander en payant de nouveau les frais de livraison à ma charge alors que l’erreur était dans la préparation de commende… de plus j’ai payé de nouveau le pull et j’attend toujours le remboursement du premier pull. J’ai fait des mails au début on me répondait mais maintenant pour le remboursement de mon pull plus personne ne répond… je suis extrêmement déçue de cette arnaque et ne recommande absolument pas ce site qui a pourtant une forte image c’est à ne rien n’y comprendre !!!

Order never delivered and no information provided

I placed order BLM912233 on November 28th, and to this day I have not received it, nor have I been given any clear information or solution.

I have contacted customer support several times, as well as GLS directly, and all of these attempts were unsuccessful. No one has been able to provide a clear explanation of what happened to my order, and the tracking number provided does not work.

This order was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, which makes this situation even more disappointing and frustrating.

At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for clear answers and a definitive resolution, whether that is the delivery of my order or a refund.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious until this company improves its delivery process and customer support.

Shirt ordered express delivery from Spain, came within 2 days. Great product and service. Thank you.

i thought it was the real shop but its not

God dialog I ordren om forventet levering. Vi bestilte tre juletrøjer i forskellige størrelser og de matchede alle tre - og er i en god kvalitet.

Ikke første vi køber fra fanshoppen og heller ikke sidste gang.

Emails an support werden nicht beantwortet. Mann bekommz zwar ein request-id, aber nachher nie mehr. Schon 3 requests unbeantwortet.
Teuerste tickets für haupttribune gekauft und nachher plätze ganz seitlich, direkt nahe der kurve erhalten. Nie mehr fc barcelona.

Une honte cette boutique...
La marchandise mal emballée arrive abîmée
Le SAV est inexistant
Aucune réponse aux mails envoyés.
Des heures perdues à les relancer...et personne ne répond.
Je ne commanderai plus

3 Mal habe ich etwas hier gekauft:
- beim ersten Mal war noch die Diebstahlsicherung im T-Shirt
- beim zweiten Mal wurde der T-Shirt so fest in den Briefkasten gedrückt, dass das Paket und das Shirt aufgeschlitzt waren
- beim dritten Mal kam die Lieferung erst nach 3 Wochen, zu spät für die Geburtstagsparty :(

Jetzt sage ich: nie wieder!

I had ordered a tin of playing cards for my son, when the cards arrived they were damaged and the store wouldn’t compensate me any way, other then a 10% discount. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Bought two Barca shirts at Barcelona airport for a total of €250. One was too small for my son when I got home to Ireland. Barcelona FCs answer was to return to store… No help whatsoever. More than a club?

It was OK.

Compré un chandal en la web barça official store por un precio de 80 euros , el regalo era para una comunión, mi idea era dar el paquete/caja tal y como llegara ya que pensaba que iría en una caja de nike bien presentado con algún certificado de autenticidad. MUY LEJOS DE MIS ESPECTATIVAS, venía en una bolsa arrugada como un trapo.
