Heads up if you're ordering from MoparPartsGiant.com to a non-U.S. address
On August 16, 2026, I placed an order with MoparPartsGiant.com for a replacement driver's side mirror, shipped to an address in Canada where I was staying for the summer (I am a U.S. resident). I provided the correct year, make, and model for the vehicle to ensure the right part was selected, but the item that arrived was not the mirror I ordered — it was the wrong part.
I opened a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to correct their error. Before reviewing it, customer service required me to submit the order number, invoice number, and multiple photographs of the incorrect part and the (damaged) shipping carton. After I supplied everything requested, the RMA was denied. Their response read, in part: "We are sorry to inform you that your request has been denied due to the following reason(s): The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to: - international order."
International orders are non-returnable, full stop, even when they're the ones who shipped the wrong item.
I'm filing this so other international customers understand the risk before ordering: If MoparPartsGiant ships you the wrong part, their policy does not obligate them to fix it. My requested resolution is straightforward: I will return the incorrect part for a full refund.
