The products sold by The Online Store India are all fake Adidas products. They are not original at all.

Before I set out to purchase I check on the reviews of The Online Store which was mixed in nature. I decided nonetheless to go ahead a place an order for Black Adidas Track Suite. The quality was good however the track suite needed to be changed to a size larger. Initially there was a glitch in contacting them but once I spoke to the representative things moved super fast and within 10 days I got my replacement.

The name “The Online Store India Pvt. Ltd.” does not appear to match any company listed on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website. Their website, storeonline.store, also seems to be registered outside India, which adds to the confusion.

Additionally, emails sent to their support address "support @ theonlinestore.in" (sorry had to put a space before and after the @ as the review page did not take the actual email address)
bounced back, making it impossible to reach customer service.

Because of these issues, I’m sharing this review to caution others. Please verify all details carefully before making any purchases. This experience raised enough red flags for me that I would not recommend buying from them.

Requested an exchange for my Adidas track suit and was very impressed with the service. The response was quick, staff courteous, and the process absolutely seamless.

I had ordered Adidas shorts. Since the size did not fit me, I asked for a refund as I had done Cash on Delivery. To-date, despite numerous reminders, the company has not responded to my emails nor refunded my money,.

Its a fraud. They selling products as Adidas product. But, its a lie. Am going to complain to police and consumer court

Never place order here. I did not get my product after 15 days of ordering. Thankfully it was cash on delivery. Never pay online before. Looks a fraud company to me

Overall great experience for shopping ,got a quality Adidas product at great price so I have repeated my order for 2 more track pants though the second order cost me more.

I recently purchased a set of three Adidas shorts. Upon receiving them, I began to suspect the authenticity of the product due to poor stitching quality, missing labels, and a low-quality, local zipper.

I wrote to adidas.co.in and asked them about the farnchise. They do not seem to endorse the company or any third party vendor. They asked to specifically buy genuine product from their own website. Question is how can a company afford to sell at such low prices, when the OEM rates are three times higher. So they are either selling fake products or company rejects, or seconds. Needs further investigation.

Genuine brand, good product quality, prompt and efficient communication, fast shipping and quick delivery. Tick all boxes of what an online buyer expect from the seller.

It’s a fraud company . Plz do not place any orders. I placed an order on COD for a set of 3 adidas shorts worth 1999/- . It got delivered to me after a week . I payed the amount by gpay.
The size was too small . Thus requested for an exchange with a larger size.
I wrote a mail to them with all the tag details etc as asked by them.the pick up of the smaller one was done after 15 days of follow-up. Since then it has been more than a month that I have been writing mails upon mail , trying to reach them on phone which no one responds. I have lost 1999/- as well as the smaller sized shorts … I have now decided to file a complaint with consumer forum …. This is not for the 2k that I lost…., but to make sure that this company does not cheat people anymore .

Excellent product fast delivery

The company does not adhere to its Return policy. Initially it refused to take back the Track suit citing that it was made to order. After writing so many times it agreed and took back the item. Now it is not refunding the amount paid and incommunicable also.
