The earring display came broken in two different places.

Man Where do i start, had the items that i was looking for at great price to start off, second shipping was earlier that expected they get the job done, Thank Store Supply Warehouse

We ordered a fixture and were told it was out of stock until September. Very surprised when it shipped and showed up the first week of August. Unfortunately, it was supposed to come with 16 arms, but there were only 5. Called customer service, and they did not have the arms in stock, so we will have to wait on those.

Overall experience was fantastic. I was missing on item from my original order, sent an email to the company and got the missing item in three days. Perfect customer service. All items are suitable to my needs and reasonably priced,

Order came in several different shipments, on several different days. NOT 1 of the boxes had a shipping order in it. I have not received all of my order. I am still waiting for 1 item.

My wife has too many clothes. I purchased this commercial quality rack to replace two budget clothing racks that I had bought for her out-of-season clothing. Store Supply Warehouse wasted no time in shipping the item and it arrived quickly; the same day as promised. I was impressed. The heavy-duty casters were twice the size of my budget model's. The brace was square tubular steel with a smooth paint finish, and the rack was chrome. It was quick and easy to assemble with the included tools and rolled very smoothly. I couldn't resist doing a pull-up on the bar just to see if I could. I presented it to my wife for her birthday and she loved it (we're old enough to appreciate sensible gifts). I wish I had not wasted money on those budget racks. For not much more coin, this is a far superior solution.

I love the products here! The prices and quality are both great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars (instead of 5) is that my favorite earring cards have been out of stock for weeks, and I desperately need them!

After checking delivery options on the website, I ordered items that were needed for a deadline. I placed my order in time for same-day shipping. It was not shipped the same day. Though the website said the items were in stock, they were actually back-ordered and were shipped from two different locations. They arrived later than originally promised on the website and I was unable to use them for the purpose for which they were intended. Too bad for me I guess.

Ordered bags for my craft shows. Got exactly what I need. Would like to more holiday designs.

I took a gamble ordering heavy duty clothing racks from here rather than a familiar big website. I'm so glad I did. Not only are these racks super high quality and sturdy, but they were cheaper than any other site! Will definitely order from here again in the future. Thank you!
