Ordered a Cattle man straw hat for £49.00 reduced from £151.00. images show Stetson branding and a really clean nice hat. NEVER order from these con men scum bags. The Hat was crushed into a flat square shape with no possible way of reshaping, it feels terrible and the buckle is plastic crap. Even if the hat had turned up in a decent condition it is still cheap and absolute crap quality, nowhere near a £50 hat.

Absolutely gutted and angry. Avoid these scammers like the plague.

Everything, very very late on delivery and item is not anything like the description. Just awful company.Now trying to return and get a refund but I am not optimistic.

Do not order from this website. We ordered the external roller blind and it never arrived and there is no way of contacting the supplier. There is no telephone contact number on the website and the support email address on the website just bounces back as undeliverable. The only way to get the money back was through a chargeback via the bank.

This is what I received after days of explain that I had cancelled my order within the first ten minutes of ordering.

The product took a long time to arrive ..3 glass birds on a stem ...What arrived was a metal contraption ugly and not glass ...SCAMMERS

Order still hasn't arrived. Order tracking does appear to work. The only contact details I can find is an email address that bounces. Looks like it's a scam website and will be going through my bank to reclaim the funds.

Appalling. I only wish I'd read the reviews here before buying 2 mosquito traps (even though I really only wanted one). Goods eventually arrived, damaged. Tried emailing and, like other reviews, end up with a mail delivery problem. No contact number. Tried using the contact form on their web page, no response. Non-existent customer service from this company.

Their wares are rubbish.
There is no way to communicate with them. Customer support email address bounces.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company! My item took 4 weeks to arrive and was not as described. Advertised as Portable Air Conditioning unit, but it is not an air conditioning unit, it's a fan. And it's really loud. Not possible to contact them to request return label as their email address is bounced back as undelivered, no reply from their own web contact form and no phone number for them. Appalling. Do NOT use them.

Ordered an outside wall clock: Took 2 weeks to arrive and doesn't work at all. Emailing support at stornfield.co.uk just results in bounced emails have also tried direct messaging and heard nothing back: Wished I'd checked reviews beforehand - wasted £44.99 on a dud product

Order was never received. I have complained and received 13 automated responses. The company is a scam.

Bought a desktop fan. The motor does not work so completely useless. Should have been checked by the provider.
Should have read the reviews before ordering looks like a common theme throughout. Would suggest staying clear of this company at all costs.

I am so saddened by my experience..
I don't have much money and I've just wasted £ on SCAM business..now stuck with a CHEAP beanbag cover with a Chinese label that's not fire retardant so doesn't comply with British standards

OMG I've just been scammed. Stay clear of these clowns.

Do not buy from these clowns ,your item will not arrive and you will be bombarded with a forest of Bull S**T e mails. I had to go through Paypal for a resolution. AVOID.

I wish I had read these reviews before this company is a scam. Cheap plastic goods nearing no resemblance to whst is advertised avoid at all costs!

Thought I'd try my luck with one of their 'Stetson' straw hats - down to £49.99 in the sale.

Arrived this morning, completely crushed, poor excuse for packaging and definitely a cheap China knock off. Looks absolutely ridiculous and wouldn't have paid a single solitary pound for it.

Luckily purchased using klarna, and I'm glad they did as they have frozen the order and raised a chargeback.

I've seen from the reviews that they are 'Lax' in responding, but after complaining to Klarna, they seemed to be emailing me about the chargeback within minutes, asking why I felt the product was 'unsatisfactory'... 🤣 the audacity of it.

Stay away from Stornfield, absolute scam of a site. Anyone else waiting on an order, don't hold your breath.
