Excellent in terms of detail and efficiency. We ordered new fire bricks for two woodburning stoves, one of which had two difficult shapes to recreate and needed photos and explanations. Callum contacted us early that day asking a couple of questions, said because of the difficulty of the cuts involved that it would take an extra day. Then later that same day, said they were all in the post for next day delivery! Really impressed and they all arrived the next morning. Thank you for giving great customer service.
