Strap for my model of watch was easy to find and was available in multiple colours, I made the order and price was very low. Delivery date was set and it arrived early . Quality and fit was perfect.

There was no issue with the service and delivery. The strap is disappointing as it flicks open on one hinge periodically. Not very secure.

Not soft strap as advertised very hard to button and uncomfortable on arm

No sign of my purchased item. The tracking shows the item hasn't been registered with the delivery company days after the order was placed. I emailed strapshop to ask what is going on, got an autoreply email with no follow up contact from a representative. Updated, the item arrived today, the shipping company tracker is still showing it as awaiting to be registered with them. That anomoly would cause concern. Strapshop please contact your delivery agent and fix that issue. Update 29Aug25, Strapshop email reply, they will engage with their delivery company to fix the issue with the delivery company's parcel status displayed. I changed to 5 star as the issue I experienced was not the fault of strapshop but the fault of the delivery company parcel tracking information.

The strap I ordered was a white metal strap! What I received was a white plastic strap. Rip off!

My strap arrived today June3rd. It was in bits, pieces broken off. Only fit to be put in the bin. I’ve taken photos and will try to send them to you

Ordered on a Monday and it was here by Thursday very happy with everything. The strap itself I only paid 12 euro and am very happy with it nothing special but exactly what I ordered. Had ordered from lux case before and it took 3 weeks but these guys were very fast on delivery so they must have that sorted as it only took 3 days this time. Very pleased

The item was broken on arrival. Managed to get it fixed but the material was so bad the strap broke within days. Really disappointed

Received my watch strap 3 days after ordering it! Unfortunately, the watch strap was the incorrect size so it not fit my watch! I contacted your company on Friday evening and received a quick response on Monday! The company issued me link in their email if I wanted to return or exchange the item which I appreciated, however wont be returning the watchsrtrap as I can give it to someone who can use it!
