Not sure how my order passed Quality Control! The exterior Strathberry box arrived covered in marks and scratches. Underneath the tissue paper the dustbag was filthy and covered in marks and loose threads. The Mosaic bag itself has damage to the metal components. The detachable strap (very messily wrapped) has glue balls on the end which are covered in red fluff!

Customer service are completely unresponsive and according to their social media team 'very busy' but will respond at some point!

The bag was purchased for an event and I have now had to take time out to go and buy a replacement piece.

The boutique staff are lovely and always very helpful but completely let down by QA and customer service.

I also purchased a bag from DeMellier the week before and they have been fantastic! The bag arrived beautifully packaged and customer service was amazing and responsive.

I bought the Midi Tote in Bridle Leather Whiskey in January and returned it due to what looked like grease stains. Unfortunately, that colour had then sold out, so I accepted a refund.

It came back in stock this month so I repurchased it. However, to my surprise and mild annoyance, it arrived with scratches and stitching issues. At this point, I thought, okay...third time lucky, so I opted for an exchange, which I was told would be thoroughly checked before dispatch.

Well...the third bag arrived today, and guess what? It's damaged AGAIN! There's a scratch and a small dent on the front. They're not huge flaws, but if I wanted a scratched bag, I would have bought it second hand.

This was my first experience with Strathberry and it has been so disappointing. Especially as I've had my eye on this bag for ages. To their credit, Strathberry's customer service is responsive and did honour the sale price I paid for the first bag on my second purchase. However, their quality control definitely leaves something to be desired. The bag looks to be out of stock online so now I need to decide whether to live with it or arrange ANOTHER return.

Shipping to an extra week to get here but purse is good quality

I’ve wanted to treat myself to something special following 2 dreadful health diagnoses. I have a tiny amount of disposable income to play with and searched the internet for hours to find that special thing. I love the Princess of Wales and her style and saw her with one of your bags. That led me to your site and your fabulous bags! Oh my, they took my breath away!!! Scottish heritage, even better, my Grandfather was Scottish. Trawled through them all, every detail, the size, the shape, the look. Taking into account my budget and requirements I found my perfect choice and couldn’t believe it was discounted !! I ordered it straight away and it arrived promptly. It’s sat in my view right now, beautiful, gleaming, smelling gorgeous. I’m just waiting for the day, not too long now, that I can wear it. Got my outfit planned, my route, where I’m going and will make sure my beauty is on show all the way through my first venture after my recent surgery. It’s actually helping me make sure I do everything I can to get fit and well quickly. It’s just a bag! Ha ha, oh no it’s not xxxx

I placed a bag with strathberry n it was bank holiday when they had a good deal so I ordered a bag for myself. FedEx was suppose to deliver bag 10th April (I was in the whole day) FedEx said they delivered to neighbor no 11 check neighbor they never had it..
No signature or photo where parcel been delivered too.
I find this shocking with FedEx.
Contact strathberry Monday they said they contact FedEx..
fedex contact me Tuesday saying it was delivered to a different neighbor no 7 but tracking states no 11. Knocked on door 7 n they never had the parcel..
FedEx said they was gonna get the driver to come n knock on my door with the parcel on that Tuesday.
no FedEx.
I’ve been ringing strathberry every day n talking to Kirsty who dealing with my parcel.
FedEx have now said they picked the parcel from the neighbour n handed it over to me. 16th April. This is not the case. FedEx closed the case.
No signature no proof of delivery I find this absolutely shocking for FedEx not given proof of there parcel especially for handbags.
I get email from Kirsty saying FedEx got gps location where parcel been delivered. It’s not my address it’s few roads away.
How can FedEx lie about a parcel I’ll never received.
I will take this further as I spend £205 on handbag I never received..

Shipping was very fast , I always received updates on the tracking site as well

I purchased the Midi Tote in khaki and I absolutely love it. It’s the perfect size for every day wear. The leather is silky and the details, beautiful. Would recommend.

Going into the Strathberry store, the sales reps were super friendly and knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy and very willing to help!! I have also ordered online and the process is so easy and fast delivery to The States.

I absolutely love this brand. The quality is amazing, the variety of the designs means they have something for literally every occasion. My only problem is the side eye I get from the other half when I walk in the door with a new one. Not that it will stop me going back to the team at Burlington Arcade anytime soon!

My wife had shared that she loved Strathberry bags. Honestly, picking something out she liked was a neat process of getting to know my wife’s fav colours and there was lots of selection to pick from. When her bag arrived she cried with how much she loved it

This was my first purchase from Strathberry, and it will not be my last! It’s such a beautifully crafted bag, and very unique. I love all the details. You can tell it’s made from high quality materials. Processing and shipment was very quick, considering it was an international purchase. Love the cute box and wrapping upon delivery!

Absolutely delighted. The colour and quality of the leather are fabulous. I had been concerned that the magnetic fastening might be inadequate and the bag would fall open spontaneously (ref. image of Princess of Wales at a previous carol concert) but that has not been a problem.

I ordered a bag online in the sale, paid for immediately. It took 6 days for Strathberry to contact me by email to inform me that the bag I purchased was no longer available according to their Fulfilment Team. I’ve just checked online (their sale has finished), and guess what. The bag I ordered IS STILL AVAILABLE to be, at full price.
As you can imagine I am extremely disappointed. It’s now 7 days since I placed my order, I still haven’t received a refund for the bag I was told isn’t available (but it actually is online) and I haven’t received notification that the other items included in my order have been dispatched. I loved Strathberry bags, both style and quality, however this incident prompted my decision not to purchase anymore or provide any recommendations for the company in the future.

Staff were very friendly in Covent garden shop and then i ordered online . Service was very good and quick. Bag came beautifully presented.

Very easy order process, the parcel arrived well packaged and the Strsthberry logo box plus dust bag made the product feel special.
The bag itself is gorgeous - the leather is lovely and soft and the stitching and cut is excellent.
I would definitely recommend and will buy again.

I have loved Strathberry for many years, I bought their wallet in 2020, when I was just 20 years old, it was all I could reasonably afford as a fresh post graduate from university at the time. I have adored it as a product and been obsessed with their designs and quality. I finally got to purchase one of their midi totes close to 5 years later and it was everything I hoped it would be. I’m a handbag lover and have spent quite a bit of time learning what goes into designer bags and wallets and what makes a good quality product and what about design sets things apart in our market and makes it worth these premium price tags. Strathberry really has the best quality leather, which beautiful structuring and undeniable quality of construction in their bags. My wallet has held up over 5 years beautifully and this bag surely will as well. The stitching is sturdy and symmetrical, the leather is thick, the structure of the bag is solid and the overall look is so timeless and elegant. I’m not much of a gatekeeper but I’m always hesitant to tell people about this brand, only because I want to love and cherish it all to myself in a very childish way. I never truly follow through with the selfishness though and end up gushing about their process and premium products and story to anyone who will listen. I’m really happy with my purchase and I am so excited to take it into my job in finance tomorrow and my adventures in Europe this summer. This surely won’t be my last handbag from them. I’m not in the highest tax bracket but I can say for damn sure that Strathberry is very much worth what you pay for. They sacrifice nothing and their artisans in Spain are a legacy in their trade. Thanks for making such a beautiful and quality product, I love this bag 🤍
