Sh*t customer service

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Got notified they were going to ship 4 days later, fabulous. Then, nothing else for two weeks. I reached out to customer service and was told they would check on it. Three days later I got the same email with the same tracking number from customer service. Again saying that said the label was created two weeks prior. I reached back out and was told “all I can do is resend it, but it looks like one of your shoes is now unavailable.” I have ordered numerous shoes from Straye over the years, this will be the last time.

this was my first straye shoes so i didn't know what to expect, but delivery was very fast to the other side of the world, and the shoes are really really good... i'm very glad i ordered them

I like the styling on the brand and…

I like the styling on the brand and after a little research I realised that the brand is owned by Angel, always loved Krew ! Wore and sold a lot of Krew and supra through our retail stores in Australia.
Shoes arrived quickly, great design and styling, quality product. Looking forward to a Logan (non puff) with the black bumper ! Thank you
