I absolutely love this company! I feel like I've been cared for from day one and even with any worries or questions I've had they've always called me to reassure me. Highly recommend Streamline, the best!

A year on from my sleeve gastrectomy with Streamline in late February 2025, I could not be happier. I've lost nearly 4 stone and added years to my life!

The whole team made the process seamlessly smooth from start to finish. Vickie and Rachel in patient support were always helpful and reassuring with great advice. Leni, my allocated nurse was fantastic, especially in the months immediately post surgery. Nicole, my dietician, provided clear guidance and results analysis that really helped my recovery as well as with the necessary long-term lifestyle/dietary changes right up to now. A special thank you to Greg, my surgeon, whose expertise and care gave me complete confidence throughout the journey.

In short, I cannot recommend this organisation enough! Gastric sleeves are major surgery and a decision to have one is something that needs the utmost consideration However, at every step of the way, this group of lovely people had my back!

Truly a 5-star experience with a team that genuinely supports you every step of the way! My deepest thanks everyone mentioned plus the other surgeons who looked after me at the hospital and over the phone 🙏🏻

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Here’s why. It’s difficult to articulate concisely to someone who hasn’t gone through this what gaining weight does to the psyche and the self loathing it causes. It creeps up on you over time and slowly destroys your confidence, your health, your relationships and even work, to varying degrees of consequences depending on your life. All the while you are constantly battling the urges to over eat or eat unhealthy options, more often failing and feeling despondent. This was me. At 49 I hit rock bottom physically and mentally after being on the NHS waiting list for bariatric surgery for 5 years! I was pre-diabetic, had severe fatty liver, high blood pressure, severe sleep apnea, joint pain, couldn’t enjoy fashionable clothes, struggled with body image issues, had depression, anxiety and struggling to hold down my busy career that I enjoyed whilst causing more angst yoyo dieting with every fad going. I snapped as I’d had enough and wanted myself back. I spoke with Streamline and from that very first call with Jonathan (one of the advisors) I knew I was in the safe hands. He was with me throughout and guided me through the pre assessments with nurses, dietician, phycologist care, surgeon consultations and finance. I dealt with one team who work closely together on every aspect of my care. I had a great package to support me pre, during and post my gastric bypass in 2024 at Ramsay, Reading, UK hospital. My surgeon Mr Ramus was AMAZING, as were the entire staff throughout my two night stay. I’ve had OUTSTNDING aftercare ever since and feel part of the Streamline community with lot’s of on-going support, which in my opinion is critical for sustainable, long term success including checking bloods, dietician, free webinars, supplement advice and a community of people who are so supportive. Now the results! Within 3 months I came off blood pressure meds, within a year my liver is now normal, I am no longer pre-diabetic & my sleep apnea is gone. I went from a size 22/24 to now a 12/14. I’m still losing weight but more slowly at this stage. I reached my goal and am so proud & happy. I’ve lost 81% of my excess body weight which is 8.5stones. My life is back! I am wearing clothes I like, enjoying holidays, out seeing friends & family, enjoying my job and can walk miles. This is a long review but I wish to convey strongly that our health & happiness cannot wait. I wish I had done this sooner. It’s not easy and is an expense I didn’t want BUT it was worth it. It has been so life enhancing and improving that I’ll never have regrets. Nearly two years on and Streamline are still with me every step and only a phone call away. I am so glad I made the call to Streamline and thank every single person at Streamline for getting me here and helping me regain my life back with excellent care, tools and support. I cannot give higher praise and if you are contemplating taking this step of weight loss whether medication or surgery based then please speak to Streamline. I wish anyone who reads this health and happiness.

Honestly fantastic. They have changed my life so much. Could not recommend them enough they are all so compassionate and professional but so caring and go above and beyond for their patients.

After 40 years of battling with my weight I approached Streamline Surgical to see if Mounjaro was right for me.
I chose them because I had considered bariatric surgery 10 years previously through Streamline but decided it wasn’t right for me, but had been impressed by their professionalism and because they didn’t hard sell.

After a comprehensive consultation with Mr Guy Slater in which I had all my questions answered, I started medication in March and have now lost 3 stone with 3 to 4 stone to go.

Rachel and the team have supported me throughout ensuring my medication arrives on time and that I receive dietetic and exercise advise when needed. I am also confident with their ongoing support I will be able to maintain my weight loss when I hit my goal, something I have never achieved before.

I thoroughly recommend Streamline Surgical if you are considering weight loss medication.

Streamline are such a wonderful company! Their staff are so supportive and caring. Every step i took they were fantastic and had my best intentions in mind. They made everything clear and easy to understand. The service in the hospital was amazing! Such brilliant service and facilities. Aftercare has been brilliant. They've all gone above and beyond to help me with my weight loss surgery.

I had a gastric bypass with them 15 years ago and lost 9 of my 21 stone. It was a wonderful experience to lose all that weight.

Over time, due to my own dietary negligence, I managed to regain 4 stone. I am a 76 year old woman with mobility issues and very little metabolism. It was impossible to lose weight by the normal method.

I was desperate for that period after the bypass when I no longer thought about food all the time.

And then came Mounjaro! I contacted Streamline and I should have known they’d be all over it. But they don’t just take your money and dispense it. I have had regular 1-1 video appointments with their dietician, nurse and physiologist. The professional support and advice has been outstanding. Thanks to the intervention of the dietician my GP surgery has put me on regular Vitamin B12 injections. I have exercises to help with strength and mobility from the physiologist and lots of advice from the nurse and patient advisor.

Since April I’ve lost 3 of the 4 stone I’d regained and am hopeful I’ll lose the remaining one well before Christmas.

I’m so glad I didn’t go down the supermarket route like many of my friends. They are struggling with no advice even about what level dose they should be on. Congratulations Streamline. You’re the best!

Streamline provided a total professional service tailored to me and I have seen the results.

From the consult with Mr Slater to the appointments with the Streamline dietician Frances, coordinator Rachel and physio Jack I have had practical, quality guidance to assist me making my choices and achieving my goals.

I have an underlying medical condition which meant other Mounjaro providers algorithm’s rejected me - Streamline took the time to listen, had the skills to understand the best approach and as a result I am confidently and successful y on my weight loss journey and feeling well whilst doing it!

Not great, doesn’t make clear you need to have a bariatric assessment and go around the houses via text and email until after you’ve paid for your prescription. If you decide not to go ahead it takes 10 working days to get your refund.

Avoid there are far simpler systems out there

After struggling with my weight for many years I finally approached Mr. Guy Slater at Streamline Surgical through Rachael.

I cannot thank them enough for the support they have given me over the last two years.

Whilst surgery was ultimately not medically possible for me - weight loss injections were.

Unlike other companies Streamline fully supports with dietary and physio inputs and gives you the correct dose of Mountjaro - only increasing the dose when medically appropriate.

Dieticians George and Sarah have given me sound advice and put me back on the right path when weight loss slowed down.

Physio Jack gives sound training and personalised fitness advice.

I have currently lost over 6 stones and over 24% of my body weight. I have a few stone to go.

I haven’t been this fit in years.

The difference between Streamline and other online companies is Streamline actually cares about you and gives you the personal service you need to achieve weight loss.

My consultant Nick Carter is extremely experienced and talked me through my operation. I had a lot of support from the dieticians and nurses. Nick even called me after about 6 months, to see how I was getting on. I would highly recommend Nick Carter and the Spire hospital in Havant.

The whole team are professional and achieve what they promise.
I had gastric bypass with Shaw Somers at age 61over15 years ago.
Now at age 76 I have maintained my weight going from a BMI of 54+ to 26.
I lost 13 stones, 181 pounds & over 150 inches.
But most of all the support from the whole team at Streamline gave me back my life after being obese for 35 years.

They all are very friendly and helpful, vey knowledgeable and excellent service provided.

Horrible experience once they had my money. Couldn't get hold of anyone from streamline when I needed them. The out of hours line doesn't work.
I sent numerous emails to staff members, enquiries email, office email and then the managing director sorted out the problem. This is before surgery.

I had two night stay at Luton and dunstable hospital which I have to warn you it is a NHS hospital with a mix of patients which I thought I was paying for a private hospital/wing.
After the operation the care at the hospital was disgusting, no help, no support, had a panic attack which lasted for over a half an hour because they wouldn't believe me that I couldn't go to the toilet. This went on most of the night.

Then ofter two members of staff wouldn't help me up to try. They weren't happy when I called the bell when i was in pain.

There was one male nurse that was brilliant who had a heart and cared. He helped me slowly get off the bed and go to the toilet.
It didn't get much better after that and I felt hurried out with everyone saying you can't be in pain, why cant you stand up on your own, everyone else is able.

Once out of the hospital I put in a complaint and they done a investigation but nothing was really done or said.

Beware of unforseen costs espically with private blood tests costs each time is £200 plus your GP won't tell you the results so a waste of money.
A quick mention to Lena a nurse that liase with streamline she was amazing.
Look into Spires or another company if are thinking about weighloss surgery.

The weight lost journey has been made easy with team at Streamline they are so helpfully and explain the stages highly recommend them very professional and knowledgable
