Very bad company. Always late even when you book well in advance. Taxi drivers very unpolite and at time dishonest. Don't take this company!

Most, awful taxi company in the UK yet don’t use them horrible some rude drivers terrible service and don’t have any respect.

Two bad experiences from this company.

First one was when I pre booked a taxi as I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. Ended up coming two hours late … blamed it on the no fuel situation.

Secondly was last night. The driver was flirting with me and calling me sexy and made me feel uncomfortable that I got out of the car early. There were no cameras in this vehicle either. Leaving me to walk further 04:30am on my own.

Avoid.

The drivers are lovely but the booking experience is awful with cars turning up late more often than not. They are completely unreliable if you need to be somewhere for a set time and do a pre-booking. At least they could tell you if they can't get there on time

Message said driver outside - NOT - phoned to question - told driver must have picked up wrong client - LIE - pickup in the middle of nowhere !!
Rebooked and told 5 minutes - noshow after 10 minutes and after another phone call was told no pickup time could be given - ABDOLUTE WASTE OF TIME !

I can't rate this company higher. I would give them a 10/5, for the service they have provided. Throughout covid, they have been so understanding and caring and have not compromised. In fact, they have gone above and beyond. You have a customer for life in me, the most difficult of customers. In Brighton use thia service and no other. They will not let you down!

Reliable,prompt service! I have used Streamline Hove for years and will carry on using their Service,from Airport transport to local trips.
Came up Trumps again today when my Daughter forgot her Laptop in the cab. The Driver noticed it and rushed back to the Station to catch her before she got onto the Train. Thank you So very much!
