We love the design and connectivity with our accounting software Streamtime offers. It helps us track where things are at with clients and how much staff time has been taken to get there, a great resource.

The platform itself is excellent, but what truly sets Streamtime apart is the support team being genuinely top-notch. They consistently go above and beyond, are incredibly responsive, and actually care about helping agencies run better.

Over the years, I’ve used many project management and resourcing platforms, and Streamtime is the only one I confidently recommend to other agency leaders in my network. It’s built with real agency workflows in mind, and it shows.

Reliable, thoughtful, and backed by people who really know their stuff, I couldn’t imagine running an agency without it.

At We Are Acuity we've used Streamtime since 2018 and have found it to be the best agency management platform out there - very intuitive and very well supported by their team.

Feels modern and efficient. Easy project visualisation, budget tracking, raising POs, time tracking. ToDo page is a nice way to visualise timesheets.
Sometimes laggy (lots of CPU and GPU usage). Timeline feature could be more detailed.
