I have now used Strength Shop for several things including equipment and clothing, and they have been fantastic everytime. Quality is brilliant and speed if delivery is pretty good. They have become my first stop for ordering anything gym related.

Great communication. I accidentally ordered the XS weight lifting belt, so emailed to ask for it to be changed to a medium. I received a prompt response first thing Monday morning, to confirm the order had been amended. Thanks Reece!

I ordered two belts, but I mistakenly chose the wrong size for one of them. Customer service responded quickly and arranged a size swap. I received my order just two days later (Ireland). The belts are excellent quality—very comfortable, easy to use, and they really help with heavy workouts. Great product and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Called up Strength Shop to enquire about belt and knee sizes and info and the staff were very helpful on multiple occasions helping me choose which sleeves and belt are best for me and which sizes. Products arrived the next day and work a charm! The Goliath knee sleeves offer the best of both worlds triple ply support and neoprene compression and warmth and the fled fit belt fits perfect although its a different design to what I’m used to, it fits and feels great. Overall I would highly recommend Strength Shop, the Customer Care team go the extra mile to answer all of your questions!

Recently made an order which Royal Mail delivered to the complete wrong address. Emailed customer support and within minutes I had a reply from Reece, who immediately arranged another delivery with a separate courier for the following working day. Really good customer service and solid product as always.

After placing order, there was confirmation e-mail and then.. - nothing else. For weeks. Even no response to all my further e-mails asking about the status of the order, tracking etc. In the end I needed to make a call, excuse was "some issue in the system" so claim was item was by mistake not dispatched. I requested the full refund which was then produced. What a mess.

I've been using Strength Shop for several years and have never been let down.
Twice i have had an issue with an item bought and they have resolved the problem with minimum fuss and excellent customer service.
Hats off to Strength Shop :-)

Had a lot of inquiries, wrote an email and within a few hours the shop has gotten back to me with a lot of helpful information.

I buy a new belt .. quality is good but in some detail it maybe look like its used, scratches etc :/ so it not look like a new.

Products are the best I’ve used can always count on the quality and customer services provide

I wanted to get advice about the NOTORIOUS LIFT shoes. Katie was amazing, answered my hundred questions and was really responsive. She also gave me her own experience regarding these. This is why I keep coming back to the Strength Shop! Thanks so much once again Katie.

I have ordered a belt and knee sleeve.

Firstly it was boxed up perfectly and showed up in like 36h, so extremely happy with this service.

I then opened up the box and tried immediately on the belt, discovering that the buckle and on of the screw was slightly rusty.

Emailing costumer service I got in contact with Reece. who was able to solve immediately the issue sending a new buckle my way.

I knew Strenghshop had a fantastic costumer service, but I know now, it is even better.

I will definitely shops here more

My first experience as a customer of Strength Shop today. I received delivery of 3 pairs of wooden Deadlift Blocks and, although a great product overall that I am very happy with (they look great and I look forward to using them with my PT clients), one had unfortunately been damaged in transit and another was defective.

I sent an e-mail to Strength Shop at 12:22 and by 12:25 I had 2 missed calls from Reece. I called him back and received - honestly - the best customer service I’ve experienced from any company, fitness-related or otherwise. His telephone manner is terrific; he was very apologetic, reassured me that it would be sorted without any hassle for me as he would have replacement blocks sent out immediately and I could keep the damaged/faulty ones as spares.

By 12:39 I’d received an e-mail from DPD/Strength Shop to let me know when to expect the delivery of the replacement blocks.

From problem to resolution in 17 MINUTES! Mind blown!

Had a very positive customer service experience with Strength Shop recently. I had made an error on my original order. I contacted the team and they replied the same day (a Sunday), then corrected the order the following day. I received everything correctly the next day. You don't always get good customer service with businesses, but I always stay loyal to the ones where they go the extra mile.

Customer service was fantastic. I ordered the heavy duty utility bench but it was damaged due to rough handling in transit. However following contact with Customer service team namely Reece and Katie. My issue was resolved within hours.

Customer service is great.
Had a couple questions about sizing and purchasing issues.
Reese replied very quick and was streight to the point about how to fix all my queries.

Great team.

SS was super flexible with me in rescheduling my multiple failed delivery attempts. I was able to provide 2 other addresses to try. I was already a repeat customer as they always have quality stuff and I will continue to be!

I contacted Strengthstore as i needed some kit for a competition urgently, and explained my situation.
They were really helpful, went and found a suitable courier service, and turned the order around fast for me. This morning it all arrived, top quality, and with pleanty of time to break it all in pre comp! Thanks guys!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my kit. Tough gear built to last. Had bars, plates, matting, a belt, kettlebells and more and it’s all been top notch. Good people too, always been more then helpful when I’ve needed it. Can’t recommend enough

I purchased a weightlifting belt from StrengthShop which on arrival had a small amount of cosmetic damage. I emailed the company with images of the issue and the replied almost immediately informing me they were sorry, the product was not up to company standards and that they needed my address so they could courier me a new belt without having to mess around with the original belt. this arrived within 24 hours of me providing the address and the customer service was fantastic
