Contacted Carl after finishing a cutting phase in the hope of some advice on building endurance and strength whilst training for an ultra later in the year. After a little chat he advised the hybrid training programme, which I started 2 weeks ago and has been superb so far!

Even having lots of training experience under my belt, the programme is very well designed and still pushes me and is adaptable to your needs. Carl is super helpful and responsive from the coaching side of things, answering and helping with any queries and offers lots of support.

The app is also super simple to use, which makes things a lot easier, already seen some positive results within the last few weeks and I look forward to seeing the further results in the coming weeks!

Awesome coach, even better bloke. I cannot recommend Stride and Glory enough. We are training to run the height of Everest in August and have been given a brilliant plan with helpful efficient advice whilst we train. Great service!

Highly Recommended! Stride and Glory went out of his way to produce a very specific training programme for me. The process was super simple and I felt that I was being looked after as an individual with lots of questions about what I needed. The service doesn’t stop there and with the in app coach chat, you get an incredibly quick and helpful response to any questions you might have. Honestly, give it a try and you won’t regret it!

I went for the hybrid athlete program. The coach gave me a warm welcome right from the start. Onboarding went smooth and my personalized plan was ready within a day and I was ready to go.

The plan is challenging but doable, which means it feels made for me.

The app has perfect integrations with other apps which helps you to take track of everything. Also whenever you have any questions or requests, the coach replies very fast. For example, I had a home training plan for the first weeks as the gyms were closed in my country, as soon as I told that they were opening again, the plan was edited to one that included gym excersises.

Also the way that Stride & Glory presents itself is quite cool in my opinion, not the typical fitness plan seller, but a normal lad with a passion for sports that jnspires others to share that passion.

Definitely recommend this.
