I ordered a knee mobility scooter after a recent ankle surgery as a two-week rental. The scooter was delivered on time and was in excellent condition. Communications with the company were clear and friendly.

I have recently had a foot operation and have been unable to weigh bear for six weeks post op.
I could not have coped without my Strideon Scooter.
It has been an absolute lifesaver.
Easy to use and put together.

My experience with StrideOn was great! Booking a delivery of the knee walker after ankle reconstruction surgery took just a few minutes and the delivery via UPS was right on time. The actual knee walker is great, sturdy, easy to assemble (detailed instructions were provided, with photos!) and use and made my life a lot better than it would have been if I only had crutches to move around.
To send it back all I did was send them an email and they arranged for everything to be picked up. I would greatly recommend their services to anyone needing a better way to stay mobile after foot/ankle surgery!

Excellent product and customer service. I suffered a severe ankle fracture and this knee scooter allowed me to retain my mobility for 8 weeks whilst the plaster was on. The delivery and collection and all contacts with StrideOn employees were brilliant. Thank you!

The stride on knee walker has been fantastic and given me my independence whilst non weight bearing for 8 weeks. It is very manoeuvrable and easy to fold to get into a car.Ihave arthritis in my hands which makes it very hard to grip crutches, but the knee walker removed the need to use them.I would never have been able to go out with my friends and family without it. I even scooted around the shops and managed very well with a basket. I live alone so have had to manage my own drinks and meals. Impossible to transport with a walking frame or crutches but easy when one hand can be freed up to carry cups and plates etc. as the stride-on is easy to steer with one hand. The padded seat also doubles as a foot stool to rest the leg when you are out for coffee or lunch etc.
I would highly recommend this equipment to anyone who will be non weight bearing. It reduces the strain on the rest of the body and makes life simpler.

Easy to order, delivery was fast and easy to return too. I found the knee scooter helped me to be more independent around the house, while recovering from ankle surgery. It felt sturdy and secure to use and I was a lot more confident and comfortable using the knee scooter rather than crutches.

Steer with one hand and still carry objects.

The StrideOn knee scooter has given me the mobility I need for moving around the house. Crutches had been a struggle and were causing back pain. The company is a pleasure to deal with, an easy and reasonable rental system with prompt delivery . The StrideOn knee scooter is very well built and the indoor model I chose very well built and stable. I am very happy to recommend it.

I cannot speak highly enough of Stride On. A first class company with polite and efficient staff that I can highly recommend.
I had a foot fusion operation in December and the knee scooter has proved invaluable over the past eight weeks when non weight bearing. The scooter is so much better and safer than crutches. The three wheel model I hired has a small turning circle which is so useful when negotiating tight spaces. I found it particularly useful indoors and was able to feel safe when outside.

Stride On…What a fantastic company…nothing could be easier!

From hiring the knee scooter for a set amount of weeks…then adding weeks to my agreement as I needed them, in my case via email. You can also call to extend the hire agreement. All extra weeks billed to your original payment method and with follow up emails. Reminder emails are also sent when your hire agreement is coming to its end.

All my questions, via email, have been so quickly and professionally answered. Brilliant.

Now for the knee scooter itself…it has been my absolute saviour. I took a tumble on the hospital (rickety) walking frame and had zero confidence getting about after that. Two weeks after my surgery for a broken ankle, my husband and son were going skiing, and I was adamant I would manage so that they could get away. Cue the knee scooter. It was quite literally my sanity in the week they were away, do not know what I would have done without it.

Very easy to manoeuvre, the turning circle on this thing is unreal…I have some tight spots in my modest 3 bed semi detached and they proved no issue for the Stride On Knee scooter ( I had the basic model…not the all terrain one).

I’m coming up to week 7 with my knee scooter now and just starting to weight bear now after a tricky 3 bone ankle break. Will be holding on to this for just a little bit longer before I’m on my feet properly again.

For less per week than what I’d use in fuel for my car, and I only do small trips in my car ( can’t wait to drive again 😀) it has been an invaluable piece of equipment for getting about the house and for my hospital appointments.

Great product backed up by a friendly, professional team at Stride On. Couldn’t be any happier I found this company.

The knee walker was delivered next day just in time for Xmas.
The walker itself was really good I had broken 2 bones in my foot and unable to weight bear. I used the walker in the house all the time for the 1st 3 weeks. It was also very good outdoors too.

When I left the hospital after an ankle operation, I dreaded trying to get around. I don't know what made me look for a knee walker which I had never heard of but it was the best thing I ever did. I could not have managed over the last 12 weeks without it. And the service from administration was lovely to receive with prompt and pleasant reaction to my emails always.

My orthomate knee scooter was brilliant. This was my second ankle surgery requiring non weight bearing for 6 weeks and I really wished I’d had one for the first surgery! It makes life so much easier! Stride On customer service was excellent too. Would definitely recommend.

I rented a knee walker from StrideOn after an operation as recommended by the Nuffield Hospital.

The rental process was quick, efficient and simple. The walker really helped with my recovery which meant that I could return it after 4 weeks, 2 weeks short of the agreed rental of 6 weeks.

Returning the walker was once again very simple and straightforward. I didn't ask for any refund but to me suprise StrideOn contacted me to say the they had applied a credit. This gesture was above and beyond what I expected so I want to say a public "thank you" to the guys and gals at StrideOn.

The scooter has made a huge difference in enabling me to get around for 6 weeks post operatively after major foot surgery. The service from the friendly organisation is simply amazing with quick delivery and packaging. I would highly recommend this scooter.

My husband recently hired a strideon after foot surgery, requiring 6 weeks of non weight bearing. The concept of it is fantastic, so much easier than crutches. Unfortunately it has damaged his bent knee, it’s 9 years since he had a cartilage op, it would have been helpful if he was asked if he had any knee problems before hiring! He only used it for 4 days then we sent it back! It’s a great shame as we had high hopes for it!
