Guter Service und nette rasche Kommunikation bei Problemen.

Gute Kommunikation, keine Probleme beim Umtausch.

Scam company. Not leather. Cheap nasty shoes. Not what you see in the photo. They tried to talk me into keeping the shoes, offered only a partial refund when I said no, then when I sent them back they ignored me. Ended up getting money refunded from my credit card. Took over 6 months and a lot of stress to get sorted.
They also didn't publish my review on their own website. AVOID!

This is a scam, do not buy from here. I never received my package. They sent me a link to track it, which does not work.

Der Support antwortet nicht mehr auf Mails.
Ich habe mich fristgerecht wegen Rücksendung dort gemeldet. Das Verfahren zieht sich nun schon über vier Wochen.

Habe die orthopädischen Wanderschuhe von StridePure vor zwei Wochen bestellt und schon mehrmals getragen. Sie sitzen bequem, drücken nicht und die Sohle federt beim Laufen richtig gut ab. Lieferung war schnell und die Qualität macht einen soliden Eindruck.

This shipping service does a great job and the support is terrific. I ordered two pairs of trousers, but they were too tight at the waist. I didn't notice this until much later because I hadn't tried them on. Nevertheless, exchanging them was no problem. I am very grateful and can highly recommend this shipping service.

Beide Hosen passen nicht.
Typische Chinaverarsche.
Musste sogar noch 19 Euro Rücksendung zahlen.
Das so ein Unternehmen überhaupt auf dem deutschen Markt agieren darf, ist sehr erschreckend.

Iv ordered sandals should have been delivered 3to 5 days , 10 days later they haven’t turned up . Have phoned the number I web site which doesn’t exist and the bizzness addres is a house on a street . Feeling now this is a scam

No invoice in package, tried to email to get returns address, no reply. I'm now stuck with shoes that don't fit and ar very poor quality. Rubbish please don't buy from this company it's not legit

Unfortunately, I read the reviews after my purchase and regret that I did not check these reviews earlier, which highlight significant concerns about this company’s practices.

They are not a legitimate site nor do they provide legitimate goods shipped and sourced in the UK. You will be scammed and they do not adhere to their website policies.

I do not support false advertising or the misrepresentation of a company or its goods.  I will no longer continue to correspondence with them for a satisfactory outcome and suggest you liaise with your bank for a suitable outcome if you have made a purchase.

The items I received are of extremely poor quality, not UK-made, and certainly not orthopedic as advertised. The shoes lack arch support, proper insoles, and are poorly constructed.

You need to send the product back to their warehouse in China and they charge a handling and shipping fee. I purchased goods of £50 and they offered me a £20 refund.
