Hop on Hop of bus Stockholm
Vi købte billetter kl. 11 og føste bus kom efter kl. 12 (der skal dog siges at der havde været en grøn bus forbi, som viste sig at vi også kunne tage, men ikke havde oplyst dette, ser det som en lille notat på brochuren.
Vi var flere par der ventede og vi spurgte flere gang hvår der kom en bus.
Mange der sælger ture og få busser.
Mangler en tidsplan for det kan blive godt..
Håber tager kritikken til sig.
(Så også dag 2 at der var flere tilfredse kunder.)
Til info havde et andet selskab 3-5 busser i den tid vi ventede.

The hop-on hop-off schedule for the Stockholm boat is useless. We waited one hour for the 10.56 one on 16th June then gave up; no help whatsoever from Stromma who we phoned twice and who just said ‘ah it does its best to stick to schedule’, and then ‘but it passed at 10.56’. We’ve been here since 10.30 along with others and other companies passed three times but Stromma certainly didn’t. Rip off, and incompetent management and customer service.

Mitarbeiter sind geschult, Go City Pass Besitzer nicht auf die Schiffe der begehrten Schärenfahrten zu lassen. Der Spruch der Mitarbeiter ist uniform und lautet: Go City Pass Owner? Sorry, fully booked! Bei unserer Recherche auf der Strömma Website wurden auf allen Schiffen freie Plätze angezeigt. Als wir eine Strömma Mitarbeiterin damit konfrontierte, war sie sichtlich nervös und unsicher, um dann beschäftigt auf ihren PC Bildschirm zu schauen und uns sagte, dass vor wenigen Sekunden alle Plätze verkauft wurden. Also, Go City und Strömma geht gar nicht und sollte als gescheiterte Ehe geschieden werden. Als Besitzer eines Go City Passes ist man Passagier 2. Klasse, wenn es sich um die großen Schärenfahrten handelt. Darüber hinaus gibt es alternative Touren z.B. zum Königsschloss oder Hop on Hop off Touren nur an Wochenenden in der Vorsaison. Da sollte man den Erwerb eines Go City Passes sehr wohl abwägen, zumal Attraktionen wie ABBA Museum, der schwimmende Bus und alle modernen Kunstmuseen im Angebot fehlen.

Mejlade Strömma en fråga man i dagsläget inte kunde besvara. Men istället för att bara få ”håll utkik på vår hemsida” till svar så behåller man mitt mejl och lovar att återkoppla när den info jag efterfrågat finns. Lite gör mycket ibland 👍!

Once in a lifetime... the best thing about the trip is that it went so quick, despite the delayed departure, that our own picnic could be eaten in peace and quiet and also in a nice green, leafy atmosphere without stress with your own selected favorite food & drinks in a relaxed, majestic environment.
The feeling of getting off the boat was a liberation and after a peaceful day at Drottningholm it was nice to take the bus home.
Next time it will be the bus in both directions.

I bought tickets online for Royal Canal Tour for two.
Although we arrived 20 minutes in advance of our boat's departure time (which was to depart from Stromkajen, Stockholm), no boat showed up when it was departure time. We were told the boat will arrive any minute and "delays happen" by the salesman so we waited in the blazing sun for over 90 minutes as we were reassured the boat would arrive. The boat never arrived.

Thus, the accompanying passenger and I were reassured by the salesman that I will get a refund after making an online request since we could not use the service because our boat did not show up. We were refunded in full thankfully.

2 hours boat trip from Stockholm to Sandhamn with Cinderella. The boat where more than full and some people had to stand up.

Be aware sales people from Strömma Hop On/Hop Off are misinforming about where Stockholm pass will give you access.
We were told we would get access to ABBA museum, but this is not correct.

Tip: do not book Stromma’s “Winter Tour” in Stockholm in advance! We had a very disappointing “sightseeing tour” this afternoon where we really only saw the mist in front of us, rather than the beautiful sights we were promised. It should have been cancelled when the weather turned bad — we would not have gone, except we had booked in advance and they decided to proceed and take our money even though we couldn’t see anything. 280 SEK (approx $45AUD) each wasted 🙁
