Business broadband connectivity and cloud telephony at its best

We recently moved our business broadband and telecoms over to Strong Telecoms, the switch was seamless and the service we have received so far has exceeded our expectations.
To have a such a customer focused company as our telecoms supplier is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous supplier!
Excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Great service from Gill & her team, Saved me lots on my telephone bills. Talked me through all the details on what would happen time and dates for change over.
Very professional whilst also not using technical Jargon.

I would highly recommend Strong Telecoms. A very personable and professional set up, yet brimming with personality - which is NOT what I can say about our previous provider. Gill & her team have gone above and beyond to ensure we have been happy following our initial transfer and I couldn’t be more impressed. Always on the other end of the phone and very proactive in ensuring there are no loose ends.
Look forward to continuing to work with them.

After experiencing ongoing issues with BT over a number of years with regards to our business telephony and internet connection, it was a wonderful breath of fresh air to deal with a company like Strong Telecoms, who put their customer needs first and deal with their customers pro-actively as opposed to re-actively. I would not hesitate to recommend Gill and her team at all.

Strong Telecoms and the phone services they offer are superb, they are all extremely attentive and very professional with a friendly family feel. Any slight issues we had, they sorted if very swiftly. I would extremely recommend this company to anyone who wonted a friendly and efficient company to meet all your Office requirements.
