Great training always up to date and great training staff

STS First Aid was both enjoyable and informative. The trainer was thorough and knowledgeable; his delivery saw the information stick, and his explanations were easy to understand. I loved the venue, and the cost of the training was really good value for money.

STS have provided our First Aid Training for a number of years and all have been excellently run. This year, Charlotte was great at adapting to the different levels of experience in the room making it engaging and informative.
They are always really helpful, accommodating and the training is a great experience.

The First Aid training session conducted by STS was highly effective and informative. It thoroughly covered all the key areas relevant to an Office Manager, and I now feel confident and well-equipped to handle first aid situations in the workplace. A big thank you to the STS team for delivering such a valuable session.

Fun and interactive

Training was very detailed and interactive. The trainer was very professional and was very clear in putting the points together.

This first aid course was incredibly well delivered—clear, practical, and engaging from start to finish. The pace was just right, allowing time to absorb the material without ever feeling rushed. The content was well-structured and thoughtfully tailored, making it easy to understand and apply. The interactive format kept everyone involved, and every question was welcomed and answered thoroughly. The instructor made the entire experience both informative and enjoyable. The trainer Erica had such a great sense of humour. She made the course seem relaxed and enjoyable, even though there was lots to remember. This is the first one that I maintained concentration throughout the day.

STS First Aid -one day course was very helpful and delivered in a manner that was easily understandable, whilst dealing with life threatening situation scenarios the humour in the course instructor (Charlotte) helped keep the participants focussed on their primary role as first aiders.

I have been on many first aid training courses in my 30 years of being a practitioner, this was by far the best I have attended. Emily was formative without being condescending. Emily taught us in a fun way and we learnt alot.
Thank you, looking forward to doing it all again in three years!

To start i want to say that the teacher we had was very professional, funny and on task. The way information were flowing i mean she knew her task. She really engage with us during the course which is what you want in order to remember what you have learnt. Finally i would love to have Erika again to do my next lesson not that she is better than others but simply just because she is very good at what she does. Thank you for the knowledge gathered and the laughs throughout as well.

I had completed First Aid training in my previous job but it was not as intense and interactive as this one. The Trainer was clear and concise and ensure that all aspects and topics were well delivered and understood before moving to the next topic.

I really enjoyed the lesson and learnt a lot. She's an amazing trainer.

Great training, knowledgeable trainer, lots of helpful discussion and consideration of historic experiences. Used the book and the individuals in the room to cover areas there was limited time for, so best use of time to condense the course for us. Tailored the session into certified essentials and other areas of first aid but all areas covered over the 2 days. It was fast, furious but fun!

An amazing instructor that's knows how to keep the class engaged at all times.

My first course as an adult. Super-impressed by the trainer: friendly, made sure everyone participated and expressed themselves and everyone tried out the practical skills taught. She crammed an incredible amount of information into a one-day course. Caught up with a fellow course student a few days later, and he had already applied knowledge acquired on the course to assist a colleague who had an accident at work.
The course certainly gives more confidence if faced with an emergency. At the same time, will need to revisit the excellent illustrated STS Emergency First Aid booklet at regular intervals, to really internalize all the teaching.

Excellent paediatric course.

Very well delivered and the trainer's knowledge was excellent.

Felt at ease throughout the 2 days and Erika made it quite fun.
