Sue was absolutely brilliant, she was so warm and welcoming.
Sue's teaching style suited all of the attendees! She kept us engaged and e thoroughly enjoyed ourselves whilst learning! Sue didn't do the generic read from PowerPoint slides, she explained things in a very down to earth way, and usually referred to a real life emergency she has attended, stories like these can be hard to hear, but stick in your mind, and should we cross a situation like this, I have every faith myself, and my colleagues who were in Sue's class, could handle appropriately.

Sue did everything at our pace of learning, and also stopped to answer any questions (which was lots, haha) not only did she answer our questions efficiently and simply, but she always remembered where we got up to before the question was asked.

The whole session flowed brilliantly, Sue also remembered all of our names, and would address us personally, which was a really lovely touch.

We laughed, we watched some seriously scary videos, but most of all, we learnt some crucial life skills, which if we ever have to perform, will hopefully save a life!

Thank you Sue from all the Addison Lee crew! We look forward to bringing you back to the business soon!

The course was excellent and very informative. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the condition of the building.

Natasha was an amazing instructor, super informative and knowledgeable. She ensured the atmosphere was comfortable and as a result, the overall experience was perfect. I passed the course!

I found the course really helpful and informative. Mary, our trainer, was fab. I feel much more confident about first aid.

Good training - informative and well paced.

This was my refresher course and I enjoyed it. There was a very good interaction between the lecturer and the participants as well as sharing of personal experiences related to the course.

Erica was an amazing teacher, great to see someone who is passionate about their job. Erica kept as all engaged and the course covered everything we needed.

Was very enjoyable and not a single question went unanswered. Erika was well educated and a lot of fun to work with and I look forward to attending her next course.

The First Aid training provided by STS was engaging, fast paced, and delivered by a trainer with a lot of relevant knowledge. Really happy with the training received.

Very well presented and good engagement with tutor

The course is realistic and practical. Rather than theory on pages that don't work, the fantastic tutor made the course work in real life. Great lady and the owner/ chap who organised it.

Fantastic trainer ( Natasha) explained everything in detail but also made if fun and enjoyable. Covered everything with a model for each first aid situation.

The course was really helpful and enjoyable, Hannah made that all the people were involved working all togheter on teams and the enviroment created was very comfortable and pleasant, also she explained and solved any question clearly and easy to understand,such a great experience.

STS is becoming our 'go to' first aid training organisation. Being able to have up to 12 in the group makes it much better value that individual training and refresher courses from other providers. Having face to face training also enables course members to ask for clarification in any aspects of the training.

This is my 2nd time doing first aid training at STS medical and both times have been very enjoyable.

Having Erika as a trainer for the First Aid course was amazing; she is very engaging, super interactive and incredibly knowledgeable. The information provided to us was sufficient, we really learned so much!

Really enhanced and well-delivered course

I really enjoyed the course and Roy was a great trainer. Drawing on his personal experiences as part of the course made it more interesting. I did find the one day course pretty intense but feel confident I could deal with any situation that requires first aid assistance.
