Jacket that arrived doesn’t match what I ordered. I have requested help with returns and refund as I don’t think I should have to pay for postage to return when the item doesn’t match what was ordered. I have received no reply at all. I have sent 2 emails and a message.

Absolutely SHOCKING the state of the jacket that arrived to me. It was a suede jacket that had been machine washed, it felt like cardboard, fringe was falling off it and there was rips and holes. And they are charging just short of £300!! I returned it the next day signed for delivery and yet no one has got back to me even though I can clearly see they have received it . I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank . I only wish I could show photos of the state of the jacket!! It needs to go in a bin. Not sold for that price! And of course now no one will respond to my emails or messages. They need reporting 😡

Started with one star after receiving the wrong tshirt...however the team said keep it wear it to the festival ( the event I wanted the original tshirt for) and tell us how cool.you look. 100% right love the tshirt ( saint sleeve removed in ecru) looks and fits like a dream. Back on the website buying more.x

Their customer service is non-responsive. Their sizes are also not particularly inclusive 👎

A fantastic sustainable brand with unique pieces and truly excellent customer service. I have a handful of pieces from here and they are all brilliant and so very well made.
