We've worked with StubGroup to get a refund from Google on our locked manager account and the team has been super helpful from start to finish. Our Google Ads account was selected for "Business Operations Verification," which is a somewhat complex process with unclear instructions from Google. Even though there was nothing wrong with our account or the documents we submitted, we tried the verification process on our own twice and failed due to technical issues.
Then we found this agency, and from the beginning they were very fast, the communication was always clear and well-structured, and they consistently conveyed confidence in the outcome of the process, which is also important.
We were able to complete the verification very quickly with their help, something that probably wouldn’t have been possible on our own or with a less experienced agency.
I highly recommend them to any company dealing with Google Ads B.O.V. issues.

Our Google Ads account was wrongly suspended for circumvention and after looking around and asking everyone for advice it seemed hopeless. Despite knowing many senior program managers at Google itself it seemed like no one had an answer.
Stubgroup really helped us. They were absolutely fantastic. They did a diagnostic on our website and our ads despite not being able to access the account. They were fantastic in suggesting changes we should make to our website and also writing up an appeal for us.
As soon as we submitted the appeal, we were unsuspended within 24 hours. It was completely magical.

I made some mistakes and managed to get my Google Ads account suspended. Lucky for me I found the team at StubGroup! They worked diligently to lift the suspension and return my account to good standing.
