It`s a scam - they sell tickets way too expensive

Jeg købte i marts 2 billetter til Andre Rieu koncert i Mastricht. Betalte 486 euro. Jeg fik beskeder løbende ,at jeg ikke skulle være nervøs, jeg ville modtage mine billetter senest 24 timer før koncerten.
Da der var 24 timer tilbage ,og jeg ikke havde modtaget nogen billetter, ringede jeg til kundeservice. De var meget venlige og hjalp mig med at få de 2 billetter. Billetterne virkede ,og vi kom til koncerten. Problemet var bare at billetterne var under halv pris af ,hvad jeg havde betalt, kostede 106 euro pr billet. Kontaktede Stubhub ,som sagde at de ingen ansvar havde, da de kun formidlede salg mellem sælger og køber.
Vi kom til koncert, men jeg føler mig snydt, og vil aldrig anbefale Stubhub til nogen.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stubhub is the definition of a scam wrapped in a fake smile. I ordered tickets they claimed would be delivered via FedEx — spoiler alert: no FedEx, no tickets, no trace of anything but my money leaving my account.

I contacted their so-called “customer support” (read: a black hole of excuses and ghosting), and surprise, surprise — no refund, no help, just automated nonsense and radio silence. Every response felt like a bot trying to stall until you give up.

Let’s be real: we didn’t buy tickets, we made a fake company richer. They took my money and vanished like a magician at a low-budget kids’ party — poof, gone.

Save yourself the trouble. Unless your hobby is donating money to fraudsters in exchange for absolutely nothing, stay far away from Stubhub. This isn’t just poor service — it’s deliberate theft dressed up as a business.

Planned to sell tickets for an event last summer.
Had to withdraw my sale well in advance which I understood will require some reimbursements from me.

In the end those were 2x the value of the initial tickets even though plenty similar tickets were available on the platform at a similar price. Ridiculous Admin fees

Købte billet til en fodboldkamp, sidde hos hjemmefans, betaler de sender billet hvor jeg skal sidde ved udefans, jeg ber om ny billet men de siger det kan de ikke skaffe, men lover at de naturligvis sender mine penge retur inden for 5-8 dage - Her 3 uger senere har jeg ikke modtaget penge, de svarer ikke på mails og er umulige at få fat i.
Kan jeg politianmelde demi DK? Dette er et rent svindel foretagende, har desværre set flere der ikke ahr fået penge retur + de nærmest altid sender andre billetter end det man køber. FØJ

I purchased 3 tickets for a Premier League match on the StubHub website, totaling more than €500. I traveled from France specifically to attend this event, but once we arrived at the stadium, we found that our tickets had already been sold to multiple people. As a result, we were unable to access the match.

The stadium staff informed us that StubHub is not an authorized resale site for this type of event in England, and that tickets must be purchased through official sites. What I didn’t know at the time is that this practice is illegal in England. Unfortunately, I found this out too late, making the experience even more frustrating.

In addition to this huge disappointment, when the issue was raised and we requested a refund, StubHub refused to reimburse us. Despite the fact that the tickets were invalid and we paid for a service we couldn't use, no refund was issued. We not only lost our money, but also the match experience we had been looking forward to.

I strongly advise against using this site, as you may face the same bad experience: tickets that don’t allow you entry to the stadium, and a refusal of refund. This site does not take responsibility, and consumers are left in uncertainty. I highly recommend buying tickets only from official sites to avoid such situations. StubHub is a site to avoid completely, as you will lose not only money but also time and energy.

stubhub er det bedste billet firma i verden havde slet ikke nogen problemer med at købe mine billeter

Vi har købt billetter til Aston villa Tottenham med Facevalue pund 90 i neutral zone.
Vi fik billetterne med det samme men det er billigere billetter og de er i Aston Villas fan zone.

De reagerer ikke når man kontakter dem.

I bought taylor swift ticket 8 months ago for my daugther who is a huge fan. Those ticket are supposed to be for the concert in Germany sudently i get a mail informing me that the seller cancel the sale!
Stubhub send me a link with replacement seat. The problem the sest they send me are the worst site possible!!
Who wants to watch a concert from behind the scene?!!! I dont pay you 1200 usd to get ticket behind the scene !!!

I have spent alot of money for the concert first, then for the plane ticket and hotel! Who is going to pay for that!!? Because your 17 usd voucher wont help much in this case just so you know !!

I was looking forward to sell my 3 tickets for fc Copenhagen - Manchester United.
I had bought tickets on stubhub before and had No bad experiences before now.

I sold my tickets for 660 pounds in total, and after the game i receive a mail saying the Transanction is cancelled.

I receive an email from eduardo(stub hub)
Saying the people who bought the tickets were denied entry. He asks me to provide a scan report, which I therefore contact fc Copenhagen and later provide them with the scan report.

After providing the scan report with the specific time they entered. I get the answer that they closed my case, because they believed more in the buyers not entering the stadium.

This website is not working according to the laws, and their workers and policy’s is a big shithousery.

I know for a fact that all 3 tickets were used as normal, and there were no way they did not enter the stadium.

In Copenhagen you first go through security, and then you scan your ticket at the machine. At the machine there is no security to deny you access.

Which is exactly why I know my tickets were working, because I have the specific time in the scan report.

I have been mailing, and talking with stubhubs workers, which has not been any kind of help for me.

THEY DONT GIVE A SHiiid ABOUT YOUR PROOF, or whether your are right or wrong in the situation.

This is my biggest recommendation to never sell your tickets on this site, as the buyer can always contact the website and get a refund.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH PROOF THE SELLER HAS!!!

I WAS TRYNA MAKE SOME MONEY FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR MY FAMILY, BUT ENDED UP EMPTY HANDED WITHOUT 1£.

Be aware of their scams and never sell your tickets in this site!!!!!!

Eduardo performed the worst possibly customer service, and I hope he gets fired in the future

Below is a genuine 'Stubhub' reply email following fraudulent tickets we were sent by this company. I have posted this to hopefully shame this company that simply fails to respond to any contact and rectify the position. We arrived at venue to be turned away after great expense. The best Stubhub could do was respond as below two days after the event. Despite their fan and ticket guarantees this is all worthless. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company. As always best to buy straight from venue holding act otherwise companies like 'Stubhub' you are simply playing 'Russian Roulette'. Unregulated, based abroad operating their own laws. The Firm clearly has no guarantees and neither is vetting effectively the tickets they receive. With no UK laws they are abide by. You simply run a high risk of losing your money. Other reviews hardly offer confidence.

This webside is pure Fake & Fraud.
If you order tickets here your money will be drawn immediately, but you will never receive what you paid for. And the webside never answers your mails, when you try to either get the tickets as promised or your money refunded. And of course you can't contact them otherwise.
So this is pure IT-fraud. Don't waste your money here. You will regret. The webside is facilitating private persons IT-fraud, and earn a commision by doing this crminal support, without even trying to help the buyers who have been cheated for their money.

Bestilte fodboldbilletter for 2 måneder siden - og fik beskeden at jeg ville modtage billetterne senest 2 dage før kampstart. Jeg rykkede flere gange i perioden 24 -48 timer før... og blev holdt hen med at billetterne med 100% sikkerhed ville lande i min mail boks senest 24 timer før. Det eneste der landede var en cancellering af ordren - de var desværre ikke i stand til at skaffe billetterne.
Flot så står vi her med en pakket bil - klar til at køre til Munchen.. og ingen billetter.
Nu bliver det spændende at se om jeg får lige så store problemer med at få pengene refunderet.

I sold my Champions League Final tickets, 5 weeks after sending the tickets, 2 weeks after the event they they still won't transfer the funds.

I have to ring them everyday, spend an hour on hold and they just say 'they are looking into it'

Folkene bag dette firma burde spærres inde i fængsel og aldrig komme ud igen.

Min mand og jeg købte billetter til kampen Chelsea FC vs Brighton & Hove Albion FC 3. april 2019. Vi købte billetter til Longside Lower Tier Række 1,35 Pladser 1, 2 til GBP 218,70 (GBP 180 for billetterne), men billetterne var ikke kommet til vores hotel den 3/4, selvom de skrev, at de afleverede dem senest 2/4 til hotellet og det var noget af en kamp at få de billetter. Jeg skulle chatte med dem og svar kom tilbage som en robot. Men jeg bad så om at blive ringet op på min mobil og dette gjorde de så. Vores hotels concierge tog over og vi fik på den måde billetterne 3 timer før kamp. Men havde hotellet ikke gjort dette, havde vi ikke fået nogle billetter.

Da vi så fik billetterne, var det et helt andet sted, vi skulle sidde nemlig East Stand Upper Block 1 Row 19, seat 171 og 172 til GBP 122 for begge billetter. Det er for dårligt, når vi har betalt for bedre billetter.

StubHub har ikke engang en mail-adresse, så man kan skrive til dem.

I paid for my Liam Gallagher ticket the 15. of june this year.
The concert is on monday. But I still haven't got my ticket.
And there is no human communication, help or fairness back from the company and its workers: it's like yelling out in space!

Never deal with this "company" - it is sick and crooked: criminal.
