DHL Thumbs down!
I have no issue with Stuburt in terms of Brand & Quality and would award 5-stars. However you are asking me to review my recent experience which was with the shipping company DHL - the tracking and timeliness of the delivery were abysmal.

Bad delivery performance of Parcel Force
If you want to sell to Europe you should change your forwarder.
Parcel Force does not work well in Germany.

From ordering to delivery every thing…
From ordering to delivery every thing was satisfactory goods arrived on time with no complications.
I live on the Isle of Man and to postage was not excessive as in some other sellers I have used.
The product was as stated and of a good quality.

I've worn the boots a couple of times. When I was cleaning them, I noticed that the surface layer seems to have cracked where the boots bend along the base of my toes. Whether or not this affects their waterproof properties remains to be seen, but I am a little disappointed.

DHL are a waste of time. Not the fault of Stuburt but it’s them that contract them to deliver at the end of the day.
