Light, compact, best thing ever. I saw my friend use it in the coffee shop and was still amazed when use it by myself. Customer service is great as well, responds fast, and gives a solution. Not beating around the bushes

Honestly really impressed with the Model X 2.0. It feels solid, looks clean, and does exactly what I need. What stood out the most though was the customer service, super responsive and genuinely helpful. Made the whole experience way better.

I purchased this product recently, and at first I hesitated because some people said it was more expensive compared to similar products online. However, after receiving it and using it, I can say the quality really stands out. The build feels very solid and well made, and it has helped improve my workflow a lot. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and think it’s worth it.

As a cinematographer always on the move, having a compact and functional setup matters. STXND delivers exactly that. I have adjusted my rating to a 3. I purchased directly from the STXND website to avoid possible knockoffs on March 9...purchasing the model X 2.0 in Royal Gray. I provided payment and shipping information and received an order confirmation. On March 10, I show two debits from this company...one for the amount reflected on the order confirmation and an additional "FEE WITHDRAWAL" of 65 cents. I have not received any additional updates regarding my order, including shipping information. I have now discovered that this item is drop-shipped from China. It has gone from several places in China to Illinois, and now sits in Grand Prairie, TX until it made its way to my home. This company should explain what 'Standard Shipping' means so that customers have a fair opportunity to decide if they'd like to wait weeks for a product they could buy from a local retailer. I exchanged emails with STXND customer service and they explained that my item was still within their window of acceptable shipment time. I indicated that if had I known this item was going to be shipped from China, I may have made a different choice. They insisted that their shipping policies were on their website (maybe so, but not super customer-facing). They also stated that the .65 fee was from my bank...and "sometimes assessed by certain banks when blah, blah, blah..." - the explanation made zero sense, and the charge description said "STXND FEE WITHDRAWAL" which does not appear to be a bank charge.

I don't know...the laptop stand is heavy duty, but I had a hard time adjusting the angle so that it didn't tip forward or backward. Their Customer Service didn't seem to want to see things from a customer perspective, so I disengaged with them. I will not cheerlead this item by any means. Buyer beware...that's all I've got to conclude with.

My experience was superb. There was an issue with a broken piece when received buit with zero hassle, they confirmed it was broken and mailed out another in which ive already received. Awesome product with a superb customer relations team.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND YOUR PRODUCT BREAKING IN 6 MONTHS AND YOU HATE ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR AFTERCARE.

First of all, this company drop-ships from China.

I bought the 1.0 version in April of this year. The hinge is so tight that a ball bearing was eventually forced out of its track, and the stand wouldn't turn correctly and was unstable. In mid-October, I emailed photos to customer service, who agreed to send me a replacement, and did so WITHOUT FIRST VERIFYING MY ADDRESS, from which I had since moved. I informed them of this fact instantly and was promised the replacement would be sent to my new address. The replacement was shipped to my old address anyway.

After over a week of being ignored my email, I was told a replacement would be sent to my new address. The courier then claimed the address was incorrect and never attempted redelivery. Delivery was attempted on November 20. It is now December 20. Since then I have received no substantive updates from customer service, except to say that they can't do anything until the courier declares the item lost, but also that the courier stopped responding to them. As a customer, NONE OF THIS IS MY PROBLEM.

The Chinese courier is incompetent. Customer service is similarly incompetent or completely hamstrung in their ability to actually serve customers. Conclusion: DO NOT PUT YOUR WALLET AT RISK. DO NOT BUY.

I was considering buying the X stand from this company until I realised it was a white label product that you can buy for less than half the price they are charging!!! DO NOT buy this stand from them. They are ripping you off.

You can buy this exact product on Amazon, just without their logo sticker on it for more than half the price. Just search Foldwise X premium laptop stand on amazon. I bought it and it’s the exact same thing and even comes with the same protection bag. You’re welcome.
