SCAM - Took money from my account after I cancelled free subscription. Avoid at any cost

Horrible experience. Do NOT subscribe!
Have been charged several times without being able to see my results or login to my account.
It never send my plan eventhough I have subscribed.
Does not recognize that I have a subscription and ask me to answer all questions everytime and at the end forces me to subscribe AGAIN before sending my results.
Have tried to cancel a few times with no success.

Total scam!!

Took money from my account, several emails back and forth to my account, claimed to have refunded my money back to my account, sent an invoice when I complained again to their customer service, showing refund in $$$, to an American bank account.

SCAM!!!!! Said it was only one pound to check your colors but took 7 pounds.

SCAM!! Pretends to charge you $8 for a weeks trial but took £30 from my account. I don’t understand why these companies scam customers from the get-go, surely they know we’ll come straight here and give a poor review. I have no interest to exploring the app. They’ve already shown their dishonesty, scam.

Scam, stay away from it
They lure you to pay 9ish dollars for one month without explicit stating that actually by accepting this, you are going into a monthly subscription for USD 18.95!
The service provided is also quite poor, and doesn't help you at all to get customized advice on what fits you well.

It's not a bad product, but it charges weekly and you just can't cancel it. There is not a chat option, no one to help. It tells you to cancel at Apple Store and Apple Store doesn't list the app on my history. I canceled my account and uninstalled the app and it is still charging so... I had to cancel my credit card. Frustrating.
