AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I purchased a coat from styled up and it was faulty in multiple places. They do not refund you fully including postage even when the item it FAULTY!

When you raise a complaint via email, it just gets ignored.
Rubbish customer service

Zero stars from me avoid this company customer service skills not existent place 2 orders in February both which were sent back and they are still refusing to refund me sending me lies saying they have refunded me when they haven’t absolutely disgusting avoid at all cost nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS

Shocking. Bought a coat for my daugjter for christmas. Should of been 95 quid. Fortunately didn't pay that much. After wearing a handful of times it's fit for nothing. Asked to send it back to be looked at and was told no. If its after 14 days it's tough. Its been 8 weeks and she has worn it 3 times. Shocking quality and customer service were really unhelpful.

I think ‘Styled up’ need to be a bit more sensitive when sending out emails.
Sending me an email titled “What you getting your mom this Mother’s Day” when I’ve lost my mom 😔

Ordered a coat for £85 paid £90 in total to cover the Delivery but when I opened my package they had sent me the completely Wrong Coat to what I ordered. I sent an email and was told to send it back and they would send the correct one out. Cost me £7.50 to send it back. Next I get an email stating I’m getting refunded £85. So I’ve spent £12.50 on delivery charges and ended up with no coat. However looking at some of these reviews I think I’m lucky I even got some of my money back! Will not be spending my hard earned money here again..

Unhelpful customer service, I paid to return my order as it was to short to the address provided, I tracked it and they received it 2 days later, it’s been over 2 1/2 weeks and I’m not getting anywhere with a refund 😡 I don’t recommend buying from this company.

Order a coord prior to Christmas and when it arrived it had a faulty zip. Trying to return was a nightmare as communication is poor and they are still refusing to provide a full refund for the shipping costs and also reimbursement for the cost of return. This is a clear breach of the consumer rights act.

It is now Feb and I'm still trying to resolve

They do not care and honestly, the quality of the clothes are not worth your time.

I ordered a coat from this company, coat arrived slightly later than stated but that was not a problem.
Coat came, didn't suit or fit so paid the £8.50 to return cost at my cost. This was returned on the 19th of January and received on the 20th of January as tracked delivery via royalmail. They keep coming back with an automated email, until today when I recieved an email, that looks like it has been composed by a child with lack of grammar.
It stated you have opened an enquiry with your payment provider, so contact them. This is obviously what this company want, someone else to refund whilst they get the returned items and the money.
Absolute scam of a company and the coat was £90, absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the money and headache and stay away from these scammers 😡

Having to go through payment provide to obtain a refund received a co/ord and one trouser leg is longer than the other sent a photo in to inform them the outfit is faulty was asked to return item they are now refusing to refund by saying I have worn the outfit… yeah with one leg longer than the other 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ordered a coat on 12th. Paid special delivery and received it on 13th. Returned the coat on 14th. No refund after nearly 3 weeks. Provided proof of return which clearly shows their address. Same address which is on their website.

0 stars ..dont buy from Here !! did my research company doesn't seem to exist anymore on any online forms ..you can't return stuff because the return address seems to be void ... the stuff takes weeks to arrive .. avoid avoid avoid ..something off with the whole business . The reviews are shocking .. there is a red flag with the return policy and the address ..

Awful customer service or should I say robot. Waiting for refund they don't communicate they lost alot of custom from us now my daughters shop elsewhere.

The clothes from styled up are so comfy and gorgeous it's unreal, I ordered a few gym sets and they are flattering, I also ordered a tracksuit and it is so cosy and comfortable and the colour is stunning and will suit anybody, I am in love with the faux fur coats and even the trainers are comfortable and match with most outfits I have tried them on with. I recommend this brand it is amazing and you get what you pay for, good work well done styledup 🩶

I’ve recently purchased the long puffer down coat.
In the description it says water resistant. I can confirm it’s definitely not water resistant. I’m really disappointed with this as it was one of the reasons that I purchased the coat.
Paying £90 or £180 when not in the sale you’d think you were getting a good quality coat and I don’t think I have. The product description does not reflect the product

I paid £86.99 for a coat as got 10% off due to first order, and they are willing to give 10% £8.69 back which isn’t going to get me a new coat.

To say I’m disappointed and super upset is an understatement. Wasn’t a cheap coat!!

Complete Scam. Wish I had seen reviews. I brought 3 tracksuits, was told it was delivered, the tracking shows the parcel on top of a wheelie bin. I must add, not my wheelie bin, not my address and none of the neighbours. I have now told StyledUp around 10 times I have no parcel but customer service seem to know better than me regards my address and have said it’s delivered… I must add the emails received had no punctuation, no capital letters, spelling errors and no signature/contact details. I am now out of pocket and have been told if I want a refund to return the parcel I have never received. Refused a refund and keep getting the same copy and paste responses, all claiming I have the items… which I do not. Looking at the reviews it seems the quality is shocking and the constant social media videos of models in the clothes is possibly the most cringe worthy I have ever seen. Feel very silly and got egg on my face. Spend your money elsewhere like Pink Boutique.

Bought coat for Xmas. Daughter worn twice. Big hole on inside arm. Contacted them response was nothing can be done

Bought a burgundy set with some white stripes on, no washing instructions on so washed on a cool wash all the dye ran into the white detail so it's ruined but they can't seem to tell me how I was supposed to wash it without this happening and won't refund because it's been worn, waste of £50 I wish I would of done more research on this company before I purchased will NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND WILL WARN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, TOTAL RIPOFFS

Very poor customer service.
Bought a product as a Christmas present and the product had a rip on the hood. All the company could offer is 15% refund. Shocking!

Awful!! Was sent clothes that are really awful quality , the buttoned up sets with pants look like pjarmas ! Ordered 4 sets, wasn’t even told one was not coming was just sent a note in my order saying out of stock when it arrived. Then the other 3 I had to send back and pay £7,50 for the return with evri due to the weight of the parcel!! When parcel got back to them they said they only recieved part of the order and give me part refund even though I have proof of returning the whole thing. Many many emails and no reply about my refund. Looking at all the other reviews everyone having same problem!!
