Placed an order in early august, it never arrived. Asked for a refund in october, and they stopped answering back.

my daughter ordered a jacket from this website, after she placed the order , many different websites had it for between £20 to £25 cheaper. when it arrived she tried it on and it was to small for her. she has been contacting customer service for at least 3 days now and sent numerous emails in that time to verify what the refund process is!!! this unprofessional company has not responded to anything she has sent. from what i can see they haven’t got a customer service team, They just busy posting themselves in different items in front of the mirror. i am shocked at the way she has been treated, she works hard for her money, but the sisters that own it, don’t care. if they put effort into responding, instead of posting pictures of themselves, they might have a better reputation and more customers who would keep buying their products! it will be the last time she ever buys from them again. after reading the reviews and comments about them, she’s not the only customer who feels that they have been treated shockingly. sort your company & your customers out!!!!!

Clothing is excellent quality and really well priced! Customer service was replying to emails quickly and very helpful. I can’t wait to order some more clothing from them x

Very fake and scammers.
When tracking it shows that my order was delivered but my order never came after a month. Avoid it at all cost. Never order any goods here unless you dont like your money.
Worst company ever

was very unhappy with the way my order had been handled, there was a significant delay in receiving my item, they are NOT UK based by the way, did not deliver when promised so I ended up spending more money on another outfit elsewhere. when the item did finally arrive, I was disappointed with the quality & fit (despite giving my measurements) and returned well within the timeframe. I am still waiting for my refund, 3 months later, tracking shows the item has been returned and received (to an address which is just a front door of a house). constantly having to chase them and they are not replying so have ended up raising a dispute with Paypal.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Customer service absolutely non existent, very rude and do not take ownership for their mistakes, clothing is very very poor quality. promised a refund which I am still waiting for 4 months later. wish I had read other reviews before ordering . Say they ship from the UK but items are actually in Pakistan and take well over the promised timeline to deliver (blaming it on others as usual!). so sorry that I ever got involved with this atrocious company. AVOID AT ALL COST AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!

Very disappointing customer service.

I placed an order over a week ago and, despite waiting, nothing was shipped until I chased the company for an update. When it was eventually processed, only part of my order was shipped, and I then received notifications that some items had been refunded without any prior communication or explanation.

This is particularly frustrating as this isn’t a one-off experience — I have experienced similar issues with orders from this company on a regular basis.

Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase orders to find out what is happening, nor should items simply be refunded without any notification or explanation. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and the customer service needs significant improvement.

I used to like this company - I would avoid now!!!

Ordered 2 items in the sale bare in mind it was £46 they did not fit was alot smaller than the sizes advertised as it was supposed to fit a 12 and am a small 10 sometimes 8 so sent it back everything intact literally only tried 1 top off the two sets because it was the same set in a different colour. 4 weeks later emailed to be told we dont return sale stuff you can have a credit note which has not happened. Avoid at all costs.

Muy muy mal, miré en la página web porque me encantan los vestidos, me parecen muy chulos, pero hay muy malas resenyas, por lo tanto no creo que lleguen los pedidos, a demás el detector de ia dice que las imagenes estan creadas con ia, por lo tanto creo que es una ESTAFA! No compreis nada, doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. A demás las buenas resenyas parecen falsas, al menos a mi.

Ordered a coord and only received one piece of the coord, was also shipped off in just a parcel bag and not in any packaging. Emailed the company twice and messaged on social media for a refund and had no response.

I absolutely love style hub they are my favourite fashion retailer. They have unique pieces always great quality. The first place I come to if I have an event out or going away. When I needed help with a delivery of an order they got back to me quickly and were able to help. So friendly. I highly recommend style hub.

No communication. Did not receive any order and also requested a refund for the package that never arrived and ofcourse no respond.

Worst company and customer service ever! Me & my sister ordered 7 items between us 2 weeks ago nearly 3!!! After 8 days we had to email them as we never received our order. They said they had over sold one of the outfit and was waiting for it to come back in stock yesterday and they would refund us the delivery. Received our parcel today and now missing 2 outfits and still no refund!!!!

Place and order back in January…have not received order or any update regarding it!!! Have tried contacting company via email and phone and have received no response!

Received my fur Jacket, I am in love with it! Great quality and very stylish! You can wear it with or without the fur, It’s detachable!
Also, very happy with their customer support team! Quick and reliable!
