Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit Stylevana. Ich habe zweimal das BOH-Reiseset bestellt. Beide Male wurde meine Bestellung nach einem Monat Wartezeit storniert. Ich habe also etwa zwei Monate auf dieses Set gewartet, ohne dass es geliefert wurde. Diese Ware ist übrigens weiterhin auf der Website von Stylevana verfügbar. Früher waren die Dienstleistungen gut. Jetzt habe ich große Zweifel an den Dienstleistungen von Stylevana. Dieser Shop hat mein Vertrauen verloren.

All the negative reviews you are reading are correct and a lot more unwritten. I have a personal experience:
They are giving me generic meaningless answers all the time:
- They wrote the order would be shipped in 3-7 days
- After 10 days, they wrote back that it has left the warehouse and that I would get a tracking number
- It’s now after another 10 days, they are writing that once it leaves the warehouse, I will get a tracking number
- They apologize about the peak season but as you can see the other customers’ reviews, it takes 3-7 months to get a delivery. I wonder why they say different times in the shipping policy!!!
- My verdict, they don’t have any inventory, just ineffective drop shippers.

Absolute SCUM!!! Don't order! Never oder! Read real reviews, don't believe 5 stars. They are taking money and not sanding anything!!!

Update: I've got my parcel. But it cost me a lot of nerves...

Three months now I am waiting my order. Was in contact with support - cancelled the items that are not in stock to ship the order. After two weeks I get the link finally that the parcelwas shipped. After again two weeks!! I noticed that the link still shows „announced „- I wrote again to support. They are giving fake infos , always different depending who is answering- now the tell that I should wait next 10 days for order to be dispatched!! I am not sure I will get it at all.

I ordered a month ago, I still haven’t received my order. I wrote them several times, they never answered. I am frustrated!

Bisher habe ich 6x bei Stylevana bestellt und es kam alles an. Alle Produkte waren in den 6 Bestellungen enthalten. Die Lieferzeit war ganz unterschiedlich,. Die schnellsten Lieferungen waren nach 2 Wochen da und die langsamsten nach 2 Monaten. Dass es so lange dauern kann, weiß ja so gut wie jeder, der bei Stylevana bestellt. Und als Tipp: Wer nicht länger als 2 Wochen warten will, sollte darauf achten, dass bei "Auf Lager" steht "Normalerweise innerhalb von 24 Stunden versandt". Wenn bei nur einem Produkt "30 Tage" steht, dauert es länger und es kann auch zu Stornierungen kommen. Mit dem Kundenservice hatte ich bisher keinen Kontakt und bewerte ihn hier daher ausdrücklich nicht. Ob K-Beauty so toll ist, wie es momentan den Anschein hat oder das ein überflüssiger Hype ist, ist auch nochmal eine andere Frage. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf mein bisheriges Bestellerlebnis.

Meine Bestellung kam spät, nach meiner Erinnerung, aber okay, bin mit den Produkten zufrieden. Sehr günstig als wo anders.

So, I just made an order today and I read all these comments, so now I’m scared. I’m writing this in hopes that someone will see it and that I will receive my order on time. I live in North Macedonia, but I’m currently visiting Germany and will be here until 21st July. After that, I’m leaving Germany and won’t be able to take the products back with me.
So PLEASE, customer service, ship my order on time 🙏🏼😩🥹
I really hope everything will go smoothly, because I would love to become a regular customer.

Tausend Mal wieder, gute Produkte für alle Geschmack, Preis unglaublich angenehm, Service und Lieferung auch. Ich kann Stylevana nur weiterempfehlen. Sie sind zuverlässig und ich werde regelmäßig da bestellen. Dankeschön Stylevana Deutschland.!!!!

Ich hab ihnen mehrmals eine Email geschrieben und wollte nachfragen wo mein Paket ist leider habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten ich weiß nicht einmal ob sie mir jemals mein Pakte schicken werden. Ich habe gute Dinge von Stylevana gehört und wollte es mal für mich selber ausprobieren. Ich würde niemanden diese Website weiterempfehlen

Extremely bad customer service!!!!
I made the order on 19/10/2024, which everything was in stock. I still didn't get my parcel after a month and in the end it arrived on 21/11 but I was already out of town.
I have sent email to them on 1/11 for the status of my order as I was flying away on 19/11 for 2 weeks. In the end it arrived when I was not in town already. I checked with the courier and it's returned to them. I have sent emails to them for advice but they only gave me the standard replies from robots!!!! Until now the money is gone but I don't get anything from them, not even a refund!!!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the company. I placed three orders (around 500 euros in total) on January 8th. On the 13th, I received an email from sc.cs (at) stylevana.com, signed by Sean Spencer, that verification is required to process my orders. Here is everything they requested:

"Identification Document
- Copy of a valid government-issued identification document in colour, e.g. Driving License/ Identity Card/ Passport that matches the name on the order(s).

Address Proof
- Copy of a Government issued correspondence, utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, Business Registration, etc that could verify BOTH BILLING & SHIPPING address with the name provided on the order(s). Please note that the address proof provided should be dated within the past six months.

Payment Proof
- Copy of the debit or credit card used to pay for this purchase, showing the card holder's name, expiration date and the last 4 digits."

Payment Proof is fine, but sharing government ID and address proof... might as well have asked me to steal my identity directly to make it briefer.

I did reply, sharing that I have made previous purchases and they can simply check them to verify that my orders are legit.
I sent a separate email to support_de (at) stylevana.com as well just to inquire if this email was legit, but after a lot of waiting and follow-ups from my end, they just prompted me to reply to the original email from Sean with the requested details.
At the end, I requested a refund if they didn't plan to ship my orders, but have not heard back from Stylevana since...

Do not ever order from them!!!
Do yourself a favor and never do any business with them. I placed my order in December, it's still not shipped. After a month they refunded me money for one of the products that they couldn't ship. I still waited for the rest of my order but I'm so tired of waiting. I requested a refund from them. Two weeks ago they said my order was being packed. I just hope they refund rest of the money.

Ein furchtbarer Shop. Nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung kommt gar nichts mehr. Keine Sendungsverfolgung. Keine Reaktion auf Emails und sonst gibt es keine Möglichkeit den Laden zu erreichen. Mieses Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe. Es existiert quasi gar kein Kundenservice. Wenn meine Ware in einer Woche nicht da ist werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

I am still waiting, they don't respond to emails. I suspect, it's a scam!

Habe dort bereits mehrfach bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Großes Angebot zu super Preisen und mit einem Rabattcode per Mail oder auch bei Instagram gibt es Rabatt oder kostenlose Extraprodukte. Wenn der Versand innerhalb von 3 Tagen erfolgt, heißt das, das es immer noch etwa 1,5-2 Wochen bis zu Zustellung braucht. Die Ware wird in der EU verzollt und dann erst an den Paketdienst weitergegeben. Es gab also auch nie Probleme mit dem Zoll. Die Ware war auch immer gut verpackt und noch lange haltbar. Eine echte Empfehlung!

Dishonest practices! Cosmetics are sended from China.
In my opinion, this company’s practices are dishonest and resemble a scam. I placed an order because the website claimed the product would be shipped within 24 hours, and it was listed as in stock. However, the shipment only happened several days later after I followed up with them. At that point, I discovered that the product was being shipped from China, with delivery potentially taking up to 13 working days.

Additionally, the products sold by this company might not meet European standards or have the necessary certifications, raising concerns that they could be counterfeit. When I requested to cancel my order, I was informed that I could refuse the package, but the return process could take months, and there’s no guarantee the courier would even return it. They stated that I would only get a refund once the package is returned to them.

From my perspective, this company operates in a highly unprofessional and misleading manner. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

Kiedy składałam zamówienie zostałam poinformowana, że moje zamówienie zostanie wysłane w ciągu 30 dni roboczych jednak po tym czasie nie dostałam żadnej informacji zwrotnej o moim zamówieniu ani procesie realizacji. Po moim mailu z pytaniem zostałam poinformowana, że w ciągu paru dni dostaną nową dostawę produktów na które czekam - jak można się domyślić po tym czasie dostałam kolejnego maila w którym poinformowali mnie, że wyślą mi paczkę bez tych produktów na które czekałam już 1,5 miesiąca i po prostu zwrócą mi pieniądze za równowartość brakujących produktów. Czekałam kolejne około dwóch tygodni na paczkę - którą jak się okazała została dostarczona nie do mnie, lecz do kogoś innego(Również kod pocztowy został źle podany o czym dowiedziałam się od przewoźnika). Po pisaniu maili z przewoźnikiem zostałam poinformowana, że nie mogą znaleźć mojej paczki ani nie znają jej lokalizacji i że powinnam złożyć wniosek o zwrot pieniędzy do stylevana. Po złożeniu wniosku wraz z załączonym mailem od przewoźnika nie dostałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Po kolejnym miesiącu wysłałam wiadomość z zapytaniem jak wygląda sytuacja i czy mogę zostać poinformowana o statusie mojego wniosku. W ciągu paru godzin dostałam odpowiedź zwrotną, że nie przysługuje mi żaden zwrot pieniędzy wraz w odmową mojego wniosku. Absolutnie nie polecam zamawiać nic z tej strony. Brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności oraz brak odpisywanie na maile! Przez większość czasu trzeba czekać około 2 tygodni na odpowiedź na jakiegokolwiek maila - jeżeli ma się szczęście. #BWSVDEA180436532

So, I ordered first and then later looked at the reviews here and panicked. However, after a week and a half, I received an update e-mail from them that my package was shipped. Then, 2 days later, I got an e-mail from the delivery company with updated tracking number. When I read the e-mail though, I realised my name was written wrong ( I have 2 special characters which I included in my name but they probably are not recognized so my name was missing 2 letters); this led to the parcel having to be sent back to a sorting center in my country. When I saw that , I immediately contacted stylevana witn an e-mail and they answered after 1 day. It took about another week for the issue to be fixed (mainly because of the delivery company being a pain in the ass to work with), but throughout the whole process I received updates from Stylevana. And after the issue was resolved, I got my package in about 2-3 days.
I honestly cannot understand how there are so many negative reviews yet I had such a nice and pleasant expirience. Sure, they are not the fastest ( I presume without the whole wrong name ordeal, it could have still taken 2 weeks), but they are not too bad for the prices.

TL;DR: Yes, they are trustworthy. Yes, they answer. And yes, you will receive your items. Just be sure to stick to the english alphabet for your name, otherwise it might be missing some letters.

P.S. Yes I did write the same review on the general stylevana review page, but I found out there is one specifically for stylevana.de, which is the one I actually used
