We did the payment, but you didnt notice it.

Edit: i gave 3 stars at first but it was just because of a bank issue, it wasnt a mistake from suaway team.

Dear Eva,
We kindly ask you to remove your negative review, as unfortunately there seems to have been a misunderstanding.
As we have already informed you, to date we have not received the payment. The payment is still showing as pending and has not been credited to our account. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process and we do not know why the payment provider has placed the transaction on hold.
We have already contacted you twice to ask whether your bank had requested any additional information or authorization regarding the payment. We also informed you that, if you had not received any such request, we would contact our bank for clarification and to determine whether the bank transfer you made contains any incorrect information or whether there is another issue preventing it from being completed.
Therefore, the issue is not that we “didn't notice” your payment. We can see the transaction, but it is still pending for reasons beyond our control.
We would therefore appreciate it if you could remove the negative review, as it gives an inaccurate impression of what has actually happened.

Everything great and delivery ultra fast, the price match the quality but the limit spending capped on 200 is annoying, hope in future they can give a break for a repetitive customer

We would like to clarify that the cooling pack included with the shipment is intended to reduce heat exposure during transit. It is not designed to maintain refrigeration temperatures throughout the entire duration of an international shipment. Temperature-controlled shipping requires specialized logistics services, which can be arranged upon request and are subject to a separate quotation. The order was shipped free of charge using insulated packaging appropriate for this type of product and in accordance with standard industry practices. In addition, lyophilized compounds are generally stable and can normally tolerate several days of transportation at ambient temperatures without compromising their integrity, provided they are subsequently stored according to the recommended storage conditions.
