Really good wig, I’m not regretting my decision of buying this product. I would recommend it to my friends as it is a quality brand. Will definitely buy again and again from Subellahair.

Customer service is really great. Super responsive and quick to address questions or concerns.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! The wig looks exactly as advertised and matches the photos perfectly. The hair is excellent quality soft, beautiful, and very well made. Ordering was easy, shipping was on time, and it arrived exactly when promised. Overall, it was a great buying experience, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality wig. First-time order and I’m very pleased great quality hair and excellent communication!

I did NOT RECIVE THE WIG THAT IS BEING DISPLAYED IN THE PICTURE. I have email the company twice, no response

Every experience I receive excellent quality hair and wonderful customer service.

This was my first time ordering a wig from Subella Hair, and I'm happy with my purchase😊 I received exactly the wig I ordered, and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I can't wait to wear it for my graduation.

I forgot to request the free pre-cut service when placing my order, but after emailing customer service, they responded quickly and happily accommodated my request. I really appreciated that💜

The graduation discount was also a nice bonus. Overall, a great first experience!

Every time I've ordered hair from here, it comes exactly as pictured, great quality, barely sheds at all, easy to style, good prices... this is definitely my favorite place to shop for wigs online.

Excellent service and the hair is beautiful. I've always wanted a natural looking ombre that matches my hair texture, and Subella hair brought that! I love this new hair shop 🙂

The customer service provided was amazing! They were courteous and very responsive. Additionally, the unit was perfectly made. I couldn’t ask for a bitter wig. It’s definitely going to be my go to when I’m having a lazy hair day.

Didn't get an order number, but money came out of my account ,valla Taylor neff Detroit Michigan 48219, ordered on 5/25/26 please help me with my order.

Really good hair if you buy a unit that’s already dyed It will have a little bit of dryness and shedding. Other than that. It’s been pretty good.

I ordered a customized wig from subellahair and wasn’t disappointed at all!!! The hair is beautiful and so soft and let’s not forget look like it’s growing from the scalp! I will be ordering again!!!!

I wore the wig once for 2 days, took it off and washed it and it matted up into one big dreadlock! Didn't go swimming or do anything out of the ordinary! Tried to deep condition it and that didn't work! Had to throw a 300 wig that I wore for 2 days away! Now they are trying to blame it on me and offer me 35.00!!! I have worn wigs for 13 years and know how to take care of them, I've had human hair wigs that I have kept and worn for almost 2 years. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I’m very happy with my purchase from Subellahair. The hair quality is beautiful, soft, and exactly as requested. I love that the wigs are custom made and always delivered the way I ask.

The customer service is excellent, very helpful and professional, and delivery was smooth. I highly recommend this company and will definitely order again.

Before I bought the braided boho wig from this company I did my due diligence asking all the right questions especially if it completely human hair ancan it be dyed. Once the unit was washed it became a matted mess on the ends, tangled, and shedding when you comb it. Used non alcohol products and nothing works. Hair looks cute while it wet but quickly dries and rectangles. I know it purely synthetic because it stretches like synthetic. So very disappointed after it had good reviews. I should have canceled because it took forever to receive. Over $200 dollars down the drain!! Buyer beware!!👎👎👎👎

Worst wig I ever purchased comes out in chunks I reached out to Them they offered $45 I spent over $296 I was so hurt I sent photos and simply asked for a replacement wig it came out pack super dry smelly if I could give zero I would

I really love my unit, I wanted it customize to a honey blonde color. They did it for me and the color was exactly what I wanted even the 4C edges. The hair quality was very good. And the customer service was professional, prompt and courteous. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I absolutely love my hair! The order came out perfect and exactly how I wanted it. The quality is amazing, soft, and beautiful. Great customer service and fast delivery too. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again. Highly recommend — 5 stars!
