Super helpful and kind customer support bros. They care. Most of the time pretty quick to respond. Big biiiig up to Mo (Mohammad) I dealt with most of the time but Stefan & Delton as well. There was an invoice mistake, it's been fixed. I'm happy :)

Franchement, le support client qui ne réagit qu’après des menaces ou des avis négatifs sur Trustpilot… ça en dit long. J’utilise leur produit depuis presque un an, et j’ai vu la qualité se dégrader semaine après semaine.

Au final, j’ai surtout perdu du temps avec Submagic, alors que c’est censé en faire gagner. Clairement, ça ne vaut pas l’argent investi.

Je suis passé chez un concurrent et honnêtement, rien à voir — je suis beaucoup plus satisfait.

Definitely need Magic Clip! Created one 30 second video and it was super powerful for our community. I cannot wait to create more videos with ease. AND Customer service was super helpful. I selected the wrong subscription and they refunded some of my money...makes me want to upgrade in the future! You will not be disappointed.

I was burning through API credits testing a workflow and they helped me out to get me through the month until they reset. The chat function got me to a human very quickly which is a great sign for a business. i'll be using them for a long time now.

Submagic has been a great tool for video creation in my financial education business and the customer support has been brilliant!

Submagic is absolutly not worth it unless you are buying the top packages. The entry level package is a scam. It only removes the watermark, and only lets you export in 1080p and 30fps unless you pay another almost 500 dollars, then you get to export in 4k 60fps which is the dumbest thing I think I've ever seen any website or software company do. The only saving grace I'm giving Submagic 3 stars for is the customer service is on top of it and you talk to someone real in a reasonable time. But the brains behind submagic are idiots and greedy for how they structure these plans. You should be able to export in whatever format you shot in. I have a $3000 camera and $3500 laptop to do my work. Spending another $700 a year for subtitles and to be able to export in the format you already shot in is grotesquely the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Shout

This is the best app for subtiltles by far. The support client is really fast and kind. Try it,and you will love it.

Customer support that only shows up after threats and bad reviews on Trustpilot... I've been using the product for almost a year now, and I've seen it get worse week after week.

I've wasted a ton of time with Submagic, even though it's supposed to save me time. It's absolutely not worth spending money on their service.

I simply switched to a competitor and I’m so satisfied.

I have been a customer for around 2+ years, and during this time, the team constantly pumps out incredible updates making their software better and better each time. It's pretty incredible... I don't see why I'd use any other service for subtitle generation. Not to mention they now do subtitle auto translate and VOICE translate.. just a game changer.

There's honestly a ton of other AI features... one day this software will just replace other editing softwares altogether.
