The way this is advertised it makes you think the app will cancel old subscriptions you don’t know are charging you. Instead you want the customer to remember. The old subscriptions.

Scam
Charged for a trial offer. They have hidden subscriptions that they say they get rid of. They may get rid of others, but you still have theirs. When you ask for a refund, they may give you half even it has been less than an hour.
