You will get a subscription but not exactly what you paid for
The good:
* They are not scam or fraud. You will get a subscription.
* When available, their communication is polite and friendly.
The bad:
* Communication is extremely difficult. You can't contact through call and chat replies are usually late. Even when they do respond, it's not always helpful. For disney plus, if I knock them in the day for any issue, they tell me to knock at night! By their own message, they told me 'Disney+ requires an OTP, support jekuno time a provide kora jay na'. Yet they claim 24/7 customer support which is a big joke!
* They sell profiles claiming them to be personal which they never are! I noticed a few movies in the 'continue watching' list of my HBO max subscription which I never watched. Apparently, they are selling shared profiles in the name of personal profile and taking higher price. What's worse, when I pin locked my profile, it was deleted not once, not twice but thrice in less than a month! This also happened twice with my Disney+ profile. I had to re-create my profile every time.
* Guarantees mean nothing! I foolishly bought a one-year subscription for HBO thinking all would be good. After my profile got deleted thrice as I mentioned above, I earnestly requested them to keep one month's payment and refund the remaining 11 months. Yet they told me subscriptions sold cannot be refunded. Then what is the purpose and meaning of guarantee?! Clearly, they were failing to provide the service they claim to provide. Interestingly, the original official subscription they subscribe to is monthly and not annually. So it's not like they would suffer loss if they returned my money. Very unethical on their part.
Overall..pretty disappointed.
