Réponse très rapide du sav concernant la fixation du volant. Prise en compte du problème et solution apportée très satisfaisante.

I purchased something on 11/12. Before placing the order, I asked whether they could guarantee that I would receive it before Christmas, and they confirmed that they could. I even paid for the most expensive shipping option available to make sure it would arrive on time. However, it seems that they shipped it via regular mail. Since 12/12 there has been no update on the tracking number, and no one from the company has responded to the messages I have sent through their website. I don’t know if or when my package will arrive, but I will definitely think very carefully before ordering from them again.

Soucis avec le pédalier GS950X il ne fonctionné plus. Joint part mail le jeudi il mon répondu très vite et me l'ont renvoyé que j'ai reçu le lundi. Franchement agréablement surpris de leurs rapidité

Fantastic service! Emailed in for tech help and got a good detailed email back of help which instantly worked! Can't thank enough for such quick yet helpful service especially when your 12yr old is desperate to get playing! Will definitely recommend knowing the support I had.

Honestly they look pretty cool and my son loves it. The only problem was building them, the pieces doesn't match easily, hard to build... even more when you do it alone.

I bought a set with a headset a mouse and a keyboard, the mouse stopped working after two weeks , the keyboard stopped at the same time and the headset had a microphone that did not work ; do not buy their products.

Casque subsonic vektra 01 vraiment cool ,léger, agréable, tien longtemps, charge rapide, bonne qualité, led intégré, seul défaut, la batterie d'affichage un peut indécise parfois, mais apart sa rien à redire !

Manette très accessible au niveau prix, très beau design (joystick lumineux), envoie de la commande très rapide
