Victor was incredibly responsive and kept me informed on everything he did, resolutions, and possible follow up if needed. He fit us in quickly, showed up on time, and was able to address our issue AND replace our water filter (was not on original service request). He even followed up within 24 hours to make sure all was working properly. SUPER service!!!!

My old refrigerator broke down at the worst possible time, and I needed to find someone quickly who could get it back up and running. Sub-Zero Service responded quickly, and a technician arrived the next morning. He was professional and friendly, gave me a reasonable estimate, and explained and showed me everything. He also kept me informed of every step via text message so I didn't have to wonder what was going on. The repair work was done professionally, without loud music or mess. Before leaving, he checked everything with me and showed me how it worked.

Engineer fitted the gaskets incorrectly and company is demanding a payment before rectifying them . Sub Zero is threatening to take me to the debt collectors.

I had searched everywhere and could not find the parts for my Wolf range.
UNTIL!…I looked on the website wolfrepair.com.
Actually, I couldn’t find them there either, until I clicked “Contact Us”, and to my delight, I got an answer from Vincent, saying that they indeed had the parts that I was looking for.
He even sent me a picture of them and asked me to verify that they were the correct ones.
The email contained instructions on how to order the parts, and I was kept up to date on the shipping status.
The parts arrived quickly and they were perfect!
The entire process was a pleasure!

Viktor responded to my enquiry efficiently and quickly and was very thorough in ensuring my order was correct, and putting my mind at rest, prior to dispatch. Dispatch and payment were seamless, and the product arrived quickly - overall very impressed with the service I received.

Victor was fantastic. He managed to completely install all the parts to my 43 year old Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer so that I have a like new Sub Zero. He arrived at 1:00 and worked straight through to 7:00pm. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Victor.

Victor was wonderful. He diagnosed our problem, and came on a Saturday to help us. He ordered parts and came back within a few days and repaired our Sub Zero like new. If you need help with your Sub Zero, Victor is the man to call. He is also very kind, thoughtful, and reliable!

It took a couple of visits, but Victor stayed with until fixed and working.
