I haven’t used the floral petal dust as yet, but I did test two of the colors. Thanks, for securing the package, which helps in protecting the colors from breakage during transportation.

I received my parcel from Sugarin and I was so pleased. Dispatch and delivery were very prompt. My parcel was intact in sturdy packaging. The contents were well packed with tissue.
I ordered a number of items and I am really happy with the quality. The Robert Haynes sugarcraft tools and Simply Nature cutters and moulds are absolutely beautiful.

Fabulous customer service from Allan when my order arrived but the package/tube was empty - somewhere between collection from Sugarin and delivery to me the contents got lost. I rang Sugarin and Allan very quickly resent my order and it arrived the next morning. This customer service is hard to come by these days - well done Sugarin!

I am very pleased with both the flower paste itself and the prompt service I receive from Sugarin Uk. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged with no damage to the box. It was delivered by Royal Mail so the postman actually knocked on the door to tell me the parcel was there, unlike DPD or Hermes.
Overall I am delighted with the service I have received.
