I placed an order with sugarlash on November 9 and received my confirmation on November 10th. On November 27th I contacted sugarlash to have them check what was going on with my order. I was told to check with Dragonfly ( their chosen courier service) directly myself. I then informed the lady that it was not my responsibility to check on my order. Their are Dragonfly’s customer as I am not. On the 28th of November I received an e-mail from sugarlash telling me that my parcel was In Moncton, NB and that it would be delivered on the 29th. So again I wait. On the second of December I send sugarlash another e-mail stating that I am not happy. No response so the I try calling them. I can’t get through on the phone. This morning we are now the 3rd of December, I check to see if my parcel had left Moncton. It’s still there but at this point I am not surprised. I then send Sugarlash asking for a reimbursement because I made an order with babe eyelashes instead. After sending an e-mail once again and after calling them once again ( they obviously didn’t answer) I finally get an e-mail from them saying that DragonFly could not deliver my order and they will reimburse me. All this after me rescheduling my clients 3 times. Will they come back, I hope so . Will sugarlash be responsible if they don’t. ABSOLUTELY.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the biggest Mickey Mouse company operation I’ve ever dealt with in my lifetime. They shipped me a bunk order, empty signature bond glue not even a drop in the tube! Paid $26. And they would not honor a refund or an exchange or a free gift certificate or anything for my loss. I will never ever, ever do business with these people again. Do NoT spend your hard earned money on sugar lash pro, they are anything but professional! They will take your money, & run for the Hills. Sidenote, they only offered me 15% discount for my trouble! Which is the same exact discount you can get on the website if you’re a new customer. Horrible horrible customer service! Not to mention, they ship out empty bottles and expect you to take the loss!!!!👎🏽

I ordered from SL in early February! I immediately fell in love with all my purchases. My glue was well packed to ensure quality. I love the packaging its self. If you haven’t tried different products and are in limbo try this before anything else.

I took their lash lift online course and it was better than a lot of courses I’ve taken in person before. Customer service is also great. They always reply fast and make sure to solve your issue or answer any questions. I’ll be taking more courses with them and buying more products

I used the online chat feature to ask questions. Much to my surprise two different representatives actually knew the answers. This shouldn't be unusual but I have never been on any chat where the reps did any more but tell you where to call or leave your number. Good job Sugar Lash! ❣
