Very quick response to my purchase, professional and very good communication. They even included a piano stall which was not included in the Images of the piano and it was grey which complements the white piano and grey living room. Ordered piano with stool as per the description but received without a stool. Messaged the supplier and I was told that the piano came to him without a stool and just neglected to removed it from the description. He said he’ll check if he still got extra stool and will get back to me but no update after that. ☹️

Update: supplier sent a brand new stool. Thank you for keeping your word.

We sent the business owner a message to enquire about a piano that was advertised. Communication was very prompt and an appointment was quickly arranged to view. The piano was in great condition and as advertised... probably even better than we were expecting. We are first time buyers and we are learning a new instrument as a family.
