(1)Root cause of any pain in our body is lack of energy so we we should increase our cosmic energy level(by assuming ourselves as a child ☺️).
(2) All 6 mistakes mentioned by sir and all negative baggages of ourselves must be removed from now only.
(3) Drinking water consciously by paying respect towards water ....infact we should show gratitude towards everything what we use for us .

I feel high energy after his meditation in nights. His way of connecting with Universal Energy is awesome. Child dance is also perfect.

Feeling very relaxed and energetic when I practice cosmic energy enter in to my body with my consciousnes.

1. I learnt how we can proceed towards living peacefully by developing gratitude towards nature and its elements.
2. I get experience of heaviness in mind since 3.25 years.I got an idea how experience of heaviness in mind is also affecting body because healing activities helped to remove certain back pain. It may be due to concept of mind and physical systems connected by single point in brain.
