My daughter has booked for this working holiday, paid over £1000. Her emails are being returned, her phone calls are not being taken. This is a scam, and I would not pay anything to this company. We are now seeking legal advice.

my experience with this company thus far has been incredibly unprofessional from the start, with no clear confirmation of the service i have paid for and no receipts of accommodation although being promised this over email, the social media engagement seems incredibly disingenuous due to the lack of engagement with the account and no signs of anyone who has actually been on a trip with this company

Pretty much the same thing as all of the other reviews are saying. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They took the £1 without displaying any detail of the fact they where then going to charge me £800 to work for them! I then tried to contact them multiple ways including their contact us page, phone, Instagram and email. They said the email was the wrong email but did not cover why all of the other ways i tried to contact them where not enough to cancel. They then said it was too late to cancel or get my money back as 'I did not contact them before the end of the month'. Yet I sent all these contacts on the 21st of November 2023, it seems to be Tom that is causing all of these problems in other reviews and for me directly. Do not sign up with them!

Had the exact same experience as the reviewer below. I was falsely advertised a £1 sign up fee and then was locked into either a £50 cancellation charge or paying the full cost of the program £549.

I have actually left this review before but they threatened me with the cost of the entire sum if I didn't delete the review. This was a few years ago and I was naive enough to actually delete the review. But I'm older and still salty about the £50 they robbed from me.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

I almost got Scammed. They first made me sign up from an ad on snapchat, with the intent that It was for a Job application in ibiza over summer 2023. I put in my personal information and my card details so I could sign up and paid £1. Two Weeks after, I woke up to attempted debits of about £850 in successions from my account randomly.
Don't do business or sign up with these people thinking you'll get a job. They're thieves. Check their instagram, they have no engagement because it's fake. The pictures on their webpage are edited and are very low in quality. They have over 7k followers on Facebook and have only 5-10 likes on average. The Likes are from other false 'summer' companies.
I'm very concerned that they could be trafficking people who fall for this in person. They emailed me 5 days after my first review on trust pilot, threatening to go to court if I don't pay £898 or delete this review. Bring it on! I'd gladly go to court with you Lazy Hooligans that can't work hard and licitly for your money

My month in Dubai was great.My Dubai workers team was great , they became like one family to me.Every night ,we went out,restaurants,life music, partys, yachts and more.Our rep Michaela was great, such a great person and rep.Always gonna help you about everything.Even she became like family.She take us out every where ,one of the best places.I enjoy a lot! Even if u not coming to work , this is great way to come for holiday for a month.Absolutely you will not regret!

Had an an amazing time with Dubai workers ! Brilliant accommodation and brilliant reps. Michaela was my Rep there for April. Very friendly and very helpful. Took us to the best spots in Dubai for nightlife and food ! All the best events. Couldn’t recommend these guys anymore ! Warren was very helpful too ! My advice to anyone considering on going out with Dubai workers, don’t hesitate! It will be the best time of your life !

Been reading some reviews and have to say it’s the best and the company whom have hired amazing staff whom care and provide excellent service. I’ve been touch with customer service and the rep in Dubai all have been so helpful, kind and are always there when u need them.

Been with these guys before and going again can’t wait to go out there with you guys again.

Don’t let this company misguide you and try take your money without your consent. They offered me a place then they said they need to take deposit then few days later was trying to take 200 out my account about 3 times without my consent. Don’t trust this company. Save yourself the hassle and stress. Don’t do it

(response): I’m not going to email you as you have previously threaten me on emails regarding charging me fees. THIS IS YOUR COMPANY AND SOUNDS EXACTLY HOW YOU WORK. Read the bad reviews as they’re the truth. The good reviews are fake. I have booked with you previously and this was my experience. Don’t do it guys they will take out 200 out your account without you even knowing once they get them card details.

Can’t wait to get back out there already. I booked to work abroad with this company in 2019 and had a brilliant summer, the support before I went was great, got to know a lot of other people, met reps when I arrived they went through a lot of information so we felt comfortable then we did a few party events and job days which I got a job from, I loved my bar job which they set up for me and the owner has offered me it back for summer 2022, so happy!
I’m bringing two friends along with me this time and we are all sharing together. The accommodation is great close to everything you need. Can’t wait for summer 2022

Not long after my application I received a telephone call saying my application has been successful and to secure my place I need to make a deposit of £1. I thought fantastic news and only £1 for a deposit. So I made the payment. However not long after the deposit payment another payment came out of my account for £200!! I messaged on Facebook to question the £200 being taken from my account. He explained to me that this information was clearly on the website in the terms and conditions and the payment plan outlines I’ll pay £200 a month until the final balance of £699 is paid for my booking and accommodation! However, I booked through Instagram, not the direct website so I had never seen no terms and conditions!

The rep told me most the jobs pay £400 a week plus tips & that other jobs pay £2000k-£2500k a month. This is not the case most jobs in Dubai average a salary of $800 a month, this is not enough to live on out here. The rep advised me I would get a job within the first week and this did not happen. Now that I am here in Dubai I have found out selling laughing gas is illegal and there are no such jobs like this at all therefore I feel like I have been incorrectly sold my position here.

The rep advised me the total payment of £700 would be made back in the first month. Job trials, Job fairs, job interviews, job training and paid work trials were promised and non of this was delivered.

I was told by the rep I would be staying in the main part of Dubai, Jumeirah beach however this was not the case. When nearly all of my balance was paid off and I asked for the address, I was given an different address. furthermore on the 17th May (literally two weeks before flying out to Dubai) I received an email to say that the hotel has been changed yet again. This is a basic hotel 30 minutes away from jumeirah beach the place I was told I would previously be staying. Again this is not what I paid for. I eve liege I was incorrectly sold and misinformed!

I arrived to Dubai on the 2nd June, I had to make my own way to the hotel where one male was sitting at reception. The rep (who I can not name otherwise the review gets deleted) asked me for a payment of £50 and informed me that it’s for the wrist band that entitles me to many offers and discounts at known places and to get the discount I just need to show the wrist band. No where recognises this wrist band. I have since asked The rep for a list of places that will recognise the wrist band and he has refused to give me the information. I don’t believe there is such information as why would he withhold this information?

On the 6th of June The rep held a job meeting in reception. It was very unprofessional. We were promised job interviews and job trials & training and much more and all the rep did in this meeting was go online on job websites and tell us what jobs were available. This is something we could of all done ourselves. Again I feel mislead and promised things that were not delivered.

The rep that owns the company lead us to believe that we would get cheaper exclusive flight offers a month before we are due to fly out. When I asked the rep about this he told me to go on sky scanner.com this is not an exclusive website I have used it many of times and it is accessible to anybody. The flights were not cheaper as promised!!

The rep advised we would only need a few hundred pounds for our stay for the stay. I am 3 weeks in and already spent over £2000

The rep states:
“The full fee is £699 for The full working package holiday includes a months accommodation which can be extended if you want to stay longer in the resort, job trials and recruitment days to get you started on your jobs within the first week, working discount bands which save you hundreds on food, drink and club entry in the resort, experienced reps who meet and greet you and are there for anything you need and your bar crawls, pool parties and much more!”

The rep advised there were 2/3 reps that would be here to take care of us. Just one rep here and he left after a week!

We was promised private cooking facilities in every apartment. We got a hob and a microwave. No cooker!!

The rep has since blackmailed me in regards to me taking my complaint further and threatened to get me kicked out of the accommodation if I do not delete this complaint.

On going investigation with Dubai police. U.K. police also informed.

I can confirm I had such an amazing time working in Dubai with this company. If it wasn’t for them I don’t think I would have gone over to Dubai to work, the help from when I first booked to flying over and meeting the reps and getting started on our party introduction weeks was amazing. I was nervous at first about getting a job but the reps were always there to help and give me the push I needed to go to the right places that were employing and with their help I got the job I wanted. The apartments are brilliant, the supermarkets and main mall are very close by with transport links to anywhere in Dubai which makes it really easy, they have 3 other apartments which you can use their pools and gyms as well which is great. I’m still in Dubai now 3 months later and I definitely think it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, il hopefully be here a lot longer. I would 1000% recommend this experience and company.

I have previously worked abroad with this company and had an amazing time. I booked months in advance as i wanted to prepare properly, got added into fb groups where there were loads of people in and chatting which helped me make mates before i went.
I initially booked a month but stayed 3 months and hopefully now covid is out the way i will be booking again shortly for summer 2022

This was an unbelievable experience, I have come here a lot younger than everyone else and have been made to feel welcomed by Alex throughout, he taught me things way out of his job description and went above and beyond to include me in everything.
I would recommend this experience as it is an eye opener for me into other cultures and the activities such as sand dunes were great.
I’m working in the uae now and will be staying hopefully for a long time.

I’m so glad I took a leap of faith and moved to Dubai with the help of Dubai workers. I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time with the team, such a group of lovely people, we did plenty of exploring and lots of different activities that are a must if you’d like to see Dubai. I was welcomed upon arrive by the holiday rep who has been fantastic with any advice I needed, job searching and finding my feet. I’ve decided to stay and could t be happier!!

My time here has been amazing. I met lots of amazing peope, learnt a lot while staying here in Dubai, I love learning new thing, and living here was definitely a new experience for me. We did a lot of touring and seeing different types of places, we went to the desert, which was a great experience, was very affordable with the company. "Alex" the rep, was such great help to everyone through the week helping us to apply for jobs and where to look for work. Overall I have learned a lot here in Dubai.

When I first came to dubai I was unsure but as soon as I seen the rep Alex waiting in reception for me on arrival I felt safe and happy to be here

The accommodation is lovely , in a nice location close to everything that we need and the staff are very friendly and helped me whenever I needed anything.

The first week we all quickly became a family and went on lots of trips together making us all a part of the same thing , and i will know all these people for a very long time

We were given all the information we need and shown everything that we needed to know to integrate ourselves into dubai

I have been help with finding work and have had many offers of jobs which was great and now I don’t want to leave ❤️

I would very much recommend this company to anyone wanting to come to dubai and be a part of something more then yourself
