Summit Homeimprovements レビュー

Second to None! We asked for a new roof due to previous problems with another contractor. The team from Summit Home Improvements were excellent. Efficient and hard working, arrived when they said they would, completed the job on time and kept us informed throughout. Photos and videos of the completed job as well. We intend to use the team again in the new year for an extension roof replacement. We’d recommend them for any roof work that you may need.

Before I commissioned Summit I had the opportunity to view a previous roof retiling project they had carried out earlier in the year. That house owner was delighted with their workmanship. Based on that I contacted Summit who promptly visited my house and gave me quotes for re-slating and re-tiling my old slated roof. I accepted their re-tiling quote which was very competitive. A start was agreed between us. However due to circumstances the start date was delayed several months - I was completely happy with this. Work commenced including erection of the scaffolding temporary works. It had been estimated that the works would be completed within two weeks but the weather took a turn for the worse and the works over ran for an extra day.
I am delighted with the workmanship quality of Summit’s workmanship considering my roof was a “difficult” roof as it consisted of three dormers and a valley halfway up the roof and the supply and replacement of two Velux windows. The foreman Eddie told me on a scale of one to ten regarding the difficulty my roof was an 8. I agree with his estimation. The team worked diligently and paid particular attention to the difficult details.
I was able to converse with them quite easily regarding some of the trickier elements (I was formerly a Structural Engineer).
There were a few more expensive amendments to the original specification for the job but I was not charged any extra amounts over the original quote.
In conclusion I have no problem seriously recommending Summit Home Improvements Limited for full scale roof re-tiling works both from a workmanship point of view in addition to their fairly priced quotation for the works.

We have just had our roof replaced and we are delighted with it and the standard of work is fantastic, we were kept informed about everything along the way, the team were very professional and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend Summit Home Improvements. What a difference it has made to our home.

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Summit Home Improvements. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
The communication throughout was fantastic, and everyone was professional, friendly and reliable. We were kept informed at every stage, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
The roof and gutters look absolutely fantastic, and we’re really pleased with the finished result. The quality of the work is brilliant and our home looks so much better.
We would definitely recommend Summit Home Improvements to anyone looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work. Thank you to the whole team for doing such a great job!

Calum and Cameron were very thorough in assessing the damage of my old roof, which was extensive and causing water damage in areas of my house. Thanks to the hard work of their team-battling some of the worst weather-I now have a perfect new roof and a weight off my shoulders.
They are very professional and knowledgeable, whilst having a friendly approach and gave the best quote by far, with a variety of quality material choices offered and a guarantee that gives me peace of mind for 25 years!

We recently had a new roof completed and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Callum and Cameron were excellent during the initial survey and quotation stage, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process.

Once the work began, the team on site provided daily updates on progress and expected timescales, which was greatly appreciated. There was no inconvenience to us at all, and the job was completed on time as promised. The workers were professional, tidy, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day.

After completion, Callum and Cameron returned to carry out a final inspection and ensured a thorough clean-up. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring throughout. We were happy with every step of the process and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

Me and my husband used this company for our roof and rough casting and I can not recommend them enough. Everything was explained to us really well, no question we had felt like it was a hassle and the communication about the on going jobs and timelines etc was great. There’s no initial upfront payment and we only paid once job was completed and we were happy to do so. Both jobs were completed to a very high standard and the clean up at the end made it look like there hadn’t been any scaffolding or skips about at all. Calum and Cameron come across as very genuine guys who take a lot of pride in what they do which come across in the work. They were fantastic with our children and even got them a Christmas gift. My house looks completely different now and we’ve had so many compliments from the neighbours. Thank you very much
