We are extremely sorry you had a bad experience with our shop. We went over the email thread of your ring purchase with Alex T, and his customer service with your order was very professional and courteous even if the rings were defected or not what the customer wanted. We strive for excellent customer service, tending to every need of the customer on their purchase. Hi Jennifer! Well, that's not what we want to hear. In all seriousness, we apologize that you feel this way. This is a service review, as you should leave a product review, as this reflects on our overall service and company image. You can always change your review here on our service and company. But we want to do right by our customers and let our supplier know how we can improve. Can you explain what was awful about the rings? We have some mixed reviews, yet we know how these rings can glow and look pretty awesome. Since they are pure resin rings, some batches may differ from others. Anything we can do to make you happy Jennifer, that is our goal. Thanks for the review!
